💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼 Weight loss has been going a bit slow lately but like I seen in a post yesterday, “slow weight loss is better than no weight loss”. Gotta remember that on my tough days.
Side note, heading to the beach for my vacation tomorrow FINALLY!
I plan to enjoy myself and join in on dinner plans with the family. .
Keto is back on once I arrive home. So glad I have this Instagram and you all for motivation because that will be what keeps me sticking to it. .
I say this because two years ago when I went on vacation, I came home and forgot all about my diet.
I promise it will not happen this time around because keto is doing me so much better.

A little weird and embarrassing to post. But wanted to share my small Non-Scale victory! 🧐😂💪🏼
Before keto, my stomach was as far as the first two buttons on the steering wheel. I remember having to suck in a bit to use them or even see them.

Apart from this, old clothes are starting to fit me better, I can move and reach my back better than before and really just do things I haven’t done in a long time.
Wishing I started keto a long time ago because I’m loving this feeling!
The scale lately has not been working in my favor so I’ve gotten a little irritated with weight loss not going as planned but these things make it better and I realize I won’t always see it on the scale.
A lot of the times in the past and occasionally every so often I catch myself with thoughts such as, “ I’ll wear that outfit once I lose a few more pounds”, “let me buy this in a smaller size because eventually I’ll fit in it”, or “maybe I should stay home because I don’t want to mess up my diet”. These thoughts and potential action you may take on them leaves you with missed chances of wearing that cute outfit and feeling confident, making memories with friends, and just living your life to the fullest. So as a reminder to everyone and to myself, lets focus on the here and now and don’t miss out on life’s opportunities that you think you can only experience if you are prettier, skinnier, smarter, etc. Do those things NOW. 💛
‼️New favorite protein powder!! ‼️ My mom bought this for my brother recently and it’s the only powder he’s gone out and repurchased — my mom got me a bag, too, and I’ll definitely be keeping this stocked my cabinet! 😍

I was a little tired of my usual boiled eggs + breakfast sausage everyday for breakfast so I made these! ZUCCHINI+ CHEDDAR MUFFINS 💚made with coconut flour!
