Had to grab myself a new magnesium supplement as I've just realised the one I was using has mainly magnesium oxide - the least absorbed type and one which causes digestive distress aka the shits 🤦♀️😂 apparently glycinate is the best absorbed, then citrate and then chelate? Anyway here's my new magnesium supplement lol
Paul only got 1/2 of my leftover burger so he decided to make boneless pork shoulder ribs (marinated in a Paul blend of spices & sauces, which he never writes down.... butter, garlic, onion, cumin, parsley, splash of soy sauce, sugar free bbq sauce @ghughessugarfree & some other stuff he can’t remember 🤷🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️), steamed artichoke & a #singlemalt
It’s #nationalcheeseburgerday 🍔 and I wanted one bad! Ketofied of course! Turkey burger, Monterey Jack & Cheddar, bacon, lettuce, tomato, and a special sauce (sugar free ketchup, mayo, dill relish) on @cheeseisthenewbread ‘s jalapeño cheese buns. (These couldn’t be easier to make, so if you are missing buns/bread go to her Instagram stat for the recipe!) Pickles on the side because to be honest this thing got real big & messy real quick🤣🤤
