⛽️Gas station keto!😋 I’ve gotten a lot of questions on what to get at a gas station (other than beef jerkey lol) thats keto friendly. Here are a few things I like to pickup while I’m road tripping! Pork rinds, pickle, string cheese, hot peanuts, and diet Snapple! Depending on your gas station they may have in the refrigerated section: hard boiled eggs, salami, lunchables (eat only the cheese and meat), salads, and Cracker Barrel cheese packs. Hot foods: hotdogs no bun, sausages no bun, hamburger no bun. Dry foods: sugar free Reese’s peanut butter cups, sugar free gum, nuts, beef jerky, canned nacho cheese, slim Jim’s, etc. hope this helps! 🚗 💨 #gasstationketo#ketoonthego#ketotogo#snapple#roadtrip#cheese#porkrinds#nuts#pickles#ketoliving
Hello everyone and welcome to my page! I started my weight loss journey about a year ago! For as long as I can remember I struggled with my weight and one day I just woke up and said today’s the day (but really) I joined a gym called Orange Theory Fitness which has helped me loose a lot of weight - that and eating somewhat healthy 🙄. But like anything else I hit that point where I needed to start something new so I decided to look into the Keto lifestyle! .
I have been eating keto since October 1st 2018 and I really love it! I love cooking and taking pictures of my food and connecting with other people who do keto - which lead me to making this Instagram. .
I have lost about 25lbs just from keto (and working out) so far. Overall since I started my weight loss journey I have lost 55lbs. I Can’t wait to continue my journey I hope that you can follow along and fine my page helpful if you’re just starting keto. .
So I decided to have dinner last night to fuel my ❄️ shoveling. Can you believe this meal covered all of my calories for the day? On the bright side I can do that because I fasted, in the downside this didn’t feel like a ridiculously large meal. I know that’s a ton of beef but it looked like two burgers worth. Anywho, I seasoned it and topped it with some cheddar and then had lemony arugula on the side. It was delicious. But I definitely think I’m going to introduce some IF and maybe some OMAD days into my regimen!! Starting to feel a bit re-energized!
Low-Carb Cabbage Enchiladas 🔥
Follow @challengegoods for more
1 head green cabbage
1 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
1 large onion, chopped
1 red bell pepper, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tsp. ground cumin
2 tsp. chili powder
3 c. cooked and shredded chicken
1 1/3 c. red enchilada sauce, divided
2 tbsp. chopped cilantro, plus more for garnish
1 c. shredded Monterey Jack
1/2 c. shredded cheddar
Sour cream, for drizzling
1. Preheat oven to 350º. In a large pot, boil 4 cups water. Using tongs, dip each cabbage leaf in water for 30 seconds and place on a paper towel-lined plate to dry.
2. In a large skillet over medium heat, heat oil. Add onion and bell pepper and season with salt. Cook until soft, 5 minutes, then stir in garlic, cumin, and chili powder. Add shredded chicken and 1 cup enchilada sauce and stir until saucy. Turn off heat and stir in cilantro.
3. Place a heaping spoon of chicken mixture into the center of each cabbage leaf. Fold the short sides of the cabbage leaf in first, then roll into a cylinder — like a burrito!
. Repeat until all chicken mixture is used.
4. Spoon remaining 1/3 cup enchilada sauce over cabbage enchiladas and sprinkle with both cheeses. Bake until melty, about 20 minutes. Garnish with sour cream and more cilantro and serve.
Short reminder to NOT let that sad step rule your life!!!! So! I got weighed this morning and the scales hadn't moved...AGAIN!!! This will be 2 weeks now with no change... HOWEVER i just got dressed and put on the same belt I wear almost everyday and I had to fasten on the next hole down!!! Wohooooo! When I got this belt a couple month ago it was fastened on the first, now I'm on the fourth! Thanks @riverisland for helping me track my weight loss in style 😂😂😂 P.s someone sort my hair for me please. It's soooo bleurghhh x
-1 яйцо+1 белок;
-40г кокосовой пасты;
-40г мягкого авокадо;
-20г сырой тёртой мелко тыквы;

My daughter, Amelia, had a 4 year check up about a month back and her doc told us that she was hearing a heart murmur and wanted to have an echocardiogram and an EKG run on her little heart. So of course we scheduled that and went and had the procedures done as soon as we could. A couple weeks later we find out our prayers were answered and everything comes back normal🙌🏻! A short time after that… we get the bills for the tests😬. Which we knew were coming but didn’t realize how little insurance would cover. We have been stressing these bills ever since but today… today I received my first Pruvit payday. From just a month and a half of drinking ketones and sharing my results, both physical and mental, I have earned enough to cover almost the entire cost of Amelia’s tests!!! I was overjoyed with this news today and wanted to share it with you all. Being a Pruvit promoter has been such a fun journey already and this bonus of earning a little extra on the side just makes it that much sweeter. With holidays coming up, now we can focus on being with family and putting food on the table 🍗and surprises under the tree 🎄instead of watching every penny we spend. Thanks to @justpruvit and all my Pruvit support out there ( @catadoss @thefitmomtribe ) who has helped me start and grow this little biz spreading the joy that is ketones all around! Anyone can do this by the way… lemme know if you want in 🤚🏻😉
