Who says you have to give up the foods you love when you go on KETO. Just made this keto-friendly Bolognese over Zoodles and it was fan-fucking-tactic. Seriously. Do not sleep on this. If you’re a former pasta lover, like me, this is an absolute God send. Give it a shot .
Step 1️⃣: Get yourself a contraption to make zoodles. Found a great one for about $14. Small, efficient, doesn’t take up too much space —-> ▶️ LINK IN BIO😱◀️
STEP 2️⃣: Get a package of sweet Italian sausages, cut them open and remove outter casing. Mix all the ground sausage with 1lb of grass fed ground beef (85/15 mix or 80/20 mix). Mix it together and throw it all in a pan with a little olive oil, kosher salt, pepper, Italian spices. Cook until all meat is browned then add 1 cup of your fav low carb marina (i like Victoria’s). Add a few drops of liquid stevia and 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar. And let it all simmer and marinate on low flame. .
STEP 3️⃣ Next, make your zucchini zoodles and pat them dry with paper towels (to get all that moisture out). In a separate pan, on medium flame🔥, add olive oil and *FRESH* minced garlic. Stir around for a minute or so, then add your zoodles. Keep stirring and rotating zoodles with tongs and add:
STEP 4️⃣: right before the zoodles are done, add a handful of fresh mozzarella cheese.
STEP 5️⃣: Garnish with some fresh basil leaves🌱🍃 and now you’re cooking with gas! Enjoy😎

How do I cook my eggs? 2 cracked eggs with 1tbsp milk or water, and a sprinkle of Vegan Cheese (I like the taste and sits better in my belly!). On a low heat, I melt some organic grass fed BUTTER and scramble the eggs. Key message is take your time. Don’t rush it, and don’t burn it. Just take 5 extra minutes and it’s so much better for your health. I wilt the spinach in the pan once the eggs are done with a splash of water. No oil used as the pan is already quite hot, and don’t want to initiate any toxic fats from overheating the oil! 🤓 Talk about the ideal gut-loving hunger-fixing hormone-happy breakfast combo 🤘🏼
