So I have come across a delicious creation!
I'm very sure I'm not the first person to do this... But it was an idea I thought up and tried it and it is SO GOOD! .
➡️ 2 cups Riced Cauliflower
➡️ 4 oz Chicken Breast
➡️ 3 Tablespoons of Alfredo Sauce
➡️ Preferred seasoning
[1 cup of Cauliflower would have been enough for an ordinary meal but today happens to be a day that I am only having 1 meal so made it bigger!]
It is so simple to make and super filling! Yum yum! .

Choose your carbs wisely. Saying that carbs are bad and eliminating them from your diet is plain silly. We need carbs to build muscle. But not all carbs are created equal. You gotta go for the low GI, low GL, fibrous ones like the ones in this picture.
I cycle in healthy carbs once a week on Sunday, which also happens to be leg day. It's when my muscles need that extra glucose and how I was able to put on 7lbs of lean muscle mass in 6 months on a low carb diet.
It is so important to track your ketone levels! The best way is with a blood ketone meter! However when first starting out pee strips are perfect!

Si vous lisez toujours c'est une blague pour les cookies de cannabis. C’est juste tlm un sujet d’actualité. Oubliez pas que j’ai une maîtrise en criminologie et le débat actuel sur le sujet de légalisation de cannabis viens me faire capoter quand je lis des blogueuses si décousu dans leur opinion sur le sujet si délicat que je me dois de vous donner des informations (dans mon prochain vidéo) scientifiques et vrais sur le sujet. Ma mère capoterait si je ferais une recette de cookies au pot cette semaine tsé. C’est encore tabou chez les baby boomers.

If you're still reading it's a joke for the cannabis cookies. It's just that I have a master's degree in criminology and the current debate on the subject of legalization are so overwhelming that I had to plug in the joke. My mother would kill me if I would bake week cookies 🍪 But next video I will slip my opinion on the legalization subject because I listened to many bloggers who gave their opinions on the subject and it is sadly lacking scientific facts. I will share my thoughts I promise.

Have you ever made Turkey Fried Rice? Yes that’s right I said rice! This healthy dish was husband approved 👍 .
Ingredients: 1) 1 teaspoon oil .
2) extra lean ground turkey .
3) 1/2 yellow onion diced
4) 2 cloves garlic chopped .
5)black pepper .
6) 2 tbsp soy sauce .
7) 2 tbsp seasoned rice vinegar
8) tbsp hoisin
9) 2large scrambled eggs .
10) 2 cups of cauliflower rice
11) 1 tsp sesame oil
12) stir fry veggies (as much as you can fit)
How to: 1) Combine turkey, onion, garlic and pepper in a pan with oil and cook until turkey is a bit browned
3) Stir in soy sauce, rice vinegar, and hoisin sauce.
4) Add eggs and cook scrambled with the rest .
5) Add in stir fry veggies and cook.
6) Combine with rice and cook until rice is fully cooked.
7) Top with sesame oil and that’s it!
