Keto fat bombs...so good! Thanks @beautbyfar for making me these delicious “fatty bars”. These 4 layer keto fat bombs have a bottom layer of almond meal, followed by coconut, keto Nutella - nutilight, almond butter, peanut butter, Lilly’s chocolate chips and and hard chocolate covering made of cacao and coconut oil. She used monk fruit to sweeten the almond meal and cacao layers each bar is approximately 3 to 4 net carbs. Such a delicious way to give you and energy boost!

Keto Blueberry Muffins. OMG. The first time I only put 2 T of Swerve (my sweetener of choice) because I don’t like to taste too much sweetener and they were bland. Today I put 3 and OMG. Perfection. I attached the recipe and they are amazing with some additional butter on top 🤤 #Keto#KetoBaking
🤦🏻♀️It’s nearly 6pm and I’m just now eating lunch. One of the more noticeable differences in my life since becoming fat adapted on Keto is I can go a VERY long time without feeling hungry. When fat adapted you no longer need carbs for energy. You draw your energy from fat. I don’t have to “replenish” my energy stores. The downside is.. I’m now eating my lunch during dinner time, so I’m at a high caloric deficit.
