Lamb roast keto style - too lazy to cook a green veggie but yum. So the dude I travelled remote with told his next travel partner ‘he was worried about what I ate’. Him : B fruit then weetbix honey and milk, L meat and veggies with margarine D chocolate wine more potatoes no protein ( because it’s his weight loss plan) me: eggs sometimes with bacon, L meat and salad, D Meat and salad with avo or sour cream. 🤨 - apparently I ate too much meat and full fat dairy, but living almost entirely on carbs is so much healthier 😡😡😡 . To make me very happy after wanting to kill him while traveling with him - he is now with someone who has reported him on about 7 things and he is in big shit 🤗 - why do I enjoy revenge so much 🤨😁🤣 ......#keto#ketoaustralia#lchf#lchfaustralia#pcosweightloss#over40weightloss#jerf
Seinen eigenen Weg gehen.
6. MINDFULNESS AND SELF-AWARENESS ARE ESSENTIAL⠀
There are a million reasons why we do what we do and they are all unique to our own individual stories and journeys. I learned that boredom and stress were big reasons I would eat a pan of brownies or order a whole pizza for myself at lunch. Learning mindfulness and self-awareness helped me realize that the boredom was caused by discontentment, which was caused by my inability to live moment to moment, which was caused by my fear of losing everything, which stems a lot from my mother’s death as a child. ⠀
The eating was a form of escapism to help me hit the "mute" button on all of that insanity in my head. If I never learned how to slow my mind and body down enough to allow space and grace to process what I was feeling, then those realizations would have never happened. Learning to just be in the moment with my feelings, physical and emotional, without judging them and just owning them as mine, was so key to unlocking things for me. Then I knew if I was physically hungry as opposed to bored or stressed(my two main triggers). The boredom and stress come still, but I’m able to identify them and deal with my choices from a intentional perspective, instead of making reactive decisions based on that single moment of raw emotion.⠀

It gets that red color from astaxanthin, an antioxidant that is 6000 times stronger than vitamin C! .
It also makes krill oil much more stable than fish oil!
It’s extremely effective at reducing inflammation. .

The most amazing Keto Brownie!!!Thank you @ketoqueenkreations1 for sending me this brownie mix to try out!!! I absolutely looooved it!!! I loved how easy it was to make. All I had to do was add melted butter and 3 eggs and that was it! The mix makes 16 servings, and each brownie is only 1 Net Carb 😍🤯.
Jordan from @ketoqueenkreations1 contacted me so that I could try her product and I told her that under the condition that she would be ok with me posting my honest opinion about them, good or bad. She was 100% confident that I would love it and I definitely did!!! Seriously recommend it and I will for sure be ordering more.
The brownie is super moist. It has the perfect amount of sweetness and I love that it’s not one of those baked goods that you pick up and it breaks and crumbles. It holds its shape perfectly being as moist as it is. So now, my only negative is that they don’t have that brownie thickness, and chewiness, but as I told a friend last night, is that these are so good, I don’t care! 😂😂😂. Hope you guys decide to give these a try and order from @ketoqueenkreations1. You can use my code WONDERWOMAN15 for 15% off! 💗
I can not wait to try the other mixes you have!! .

Keto Kids - Breakfast this morning. Huxley had a choice between pulled pork and scrambled eggs with mozzarella cheese and bacon (that he helped make). We are trying to get him to identify foods that he eats without them being covered in sauce or cheese. As of now that’s pretty much the only way he’s eating it. This is important because he’s limited to eating only at home right now. .
The ending of this video is probably my favorite. ❤️
You can finish watching on our YouTube channel by clicking this link or check the link in my bio on instagram.
Huxley’s entire journey is documented on my page. Yes, he has come a long way from eating nothing at all to where he is today. That doesn’t mean we settle and his journey ends. He will not expand if he is never put in the position to do so. .
It is my choice to remove sauce and cheese in the way he has been using it. Don’t agree? Awesome 😎 Keep it to yourself. .
I’m not here for consensus on my parenting choices. I’m sharing our journey as we walk out the choices we have made as a family. .
He will not starve, he is being offered quality foods and he will eat when he is ready.
Major #lifehack for all you bacon lovers — the Whole Foods hot bar (or any breakfast bar that’s pay by the pound)! I live 1 block from Whole Foods so most mornings for my breakfast I fill a brown cardboard box with bacon (no potatoes or eggs cause they are HEAVY i.e. $$$) and pay seriously next to nothing. About $2.50 for like 10 pieces of perfectly cooked, thick-cut bacon. Yes I’m serious that’s how much it costs and yes that’s how much bacon I eat on an almost daily basis and no my cholesterol is not through the roof it’s actually very low and I’ll brag about it anyone who asks me about my cholesterol and wants to hear me talk about it for 5 minutes 😂😂 just saying why would you buy raw bacon and cook it yourself ever again????!!! Save yourself some money and a big greasy mess and pay for it pre-cooked by the pound 🙂🙃🙂 great accompaniment to the avocado, scrambled eggs, and @udisglutenfree toast pictured here 🥓🍳🥑🍞❤️
Crispy Curry Rub Chicken Thighs 🙌🏼
I saw these on @journeytonomore204 's feed the other day and HAD to have them. Probably the best chicken thighs I've had in a while! The flavour was BOMB 💣 - there are 12 spices in the recipe! The chicken was super juicy too. I'm def making these again! My husband loved them too!

(I made 12 thighs so I multiplied the recipe by 1.5X)
