A Walk to Remember. Enjoying a few days in Italy before heading home. We loved Scandinavia and can’t wait to go back but something about Italy makes it feel like home.

I really wish you can sometimes take a bite out of your phone to taste some of these things to share with you. This open face sandwich with smoked salmon is really delicious. 😃🍽

I had a blast traveling throughout Scandinavia with these group of fun and talented young singers from @redrosechildrenschoir this past week. It was such a blessing to witness and document them building bridges through the power of music. Shoutout to @meenacho for working countless hours for the past 1.5 years to put together such a meaningful performance tour for this wonderful organization. Thank you everyone for an unforgettable trip and until we meet again, keep on singing! 🎼🎹🌹📷: Meena Cho

To gain all while you give,
To roam the roads of lands remote,
To travel is to live.” Hans Christian Andersen, The Fairy Tale of My Life: An Autobiography

The city of Copenhagen was essentially started because there was plenty of herrings in the nearby ocean. So we couldn’t leave without trying it. We found @rest_palaegade and had their delicious herring sampler with various toppings with local bread and salted butter. It was delightful and can’t wait to come back for more!

When in Sweden, we do the fika. Coffee & sweets. Few times a day. Why not? ☕️🍪 Famous cinnamon rolls from @cafehusaren in Gothenburg, Sweden.

If you’re a fan of smoked salmon like me, I just had one that took me to heaven and came bAck. Now I understand why Norwegians travel cross borders to eat this at their restaurant Rökeriet in Strömstad, Sweden. OMGoodness this is delicious. #eeeeeats

Stave churches of Norway are such an incredible architectural feat. The amount of details that went into making this is mind blowing. They were once over 1000 of them, mostly built back in the 1100-1200’s. They are made of wood so most of them have burnt down. Now there are only 28 of them left in Norway. .
