No matter where you are in your journey-KEEP GOING! 🗣
Sometimes you have to be your own support system... sometimes things will become incredibly difficult... sometimes things go very far from what is planned...
But no matter what, KEEP going! As long as your eyes open in the morning, God has a plan for you 🙏🏾 .
💡Working towards a goal repeatedly and consistently is as important as finding your rhythm and sticking to it. It doesn’t matter how slowly you go, as long as you keep on going. Remember, ‘practice makes progress’. 🍃 #KeepOnGoing#DontGiveUp#wellness#progress

Hai trovato lavoro? Ma ad avere un figlio non pensate? Ancora all'università?).
Tutti sembrano felici tranne noi.
#goodvibes#believe#loveyourself#nevergiveup#natale#christmas#christmasmood#pensieri#pensierodinatale

Before we eat... we train!(and shower😛) I don”t have a problem with holidays and maintaining the same fysique.
1. I eat two big meals a day and always start with a plate with veggies and a protein source( eggs, chicken, white fish). And only one round of dessert. I stay away of sauces and oils as much as possible. Season with herbs( make your OWN sauce with yoghurt) sometimes I ad between the meals a snack like a proteinbar or Some fruit.
2. I try to not drink my calories ( sometimes I Will “treat” myself on a cappuccino ) . I drink a lot of water, black coffee and tea, used to iT. Sometimes a diet coke. I don”t really like alcohol much so no problemo there for me😇
3. Every day some type off excercise (gym, swimming, running or walking. I like to chill at the pool but not the whole freakin day🤪 pick them heavy weights up... and put them down again!💪🏼😎 (picture is babyweights was warming up😬) #maintainweight#goodfood#holidaytraining#enjoy#keepongoing#holidaygym
This was what happened to my cake yesterday.. Which i can say it's the worst experience so far in my baking biz. I was so down yest but well cant blame nothing except myself. For not securing it well enough. Many reasons why this happened so well, lessons learned. #bakersproblems#lessonlearned#2018#keepongoing#addoil
Don't have time for anything?
It is quite difficult to digest that everyone has the same 24 hours in a day.
People that play at a very high level like Elon Musk, who runs some of the biggest companies around and has plans to travel to mars and make the world green, play a different ball game.
He too has the same 24 hours, but they accomplish much more in a day than most others.
This is due to a lot of things but most importantly this is mindset and eliminating things that are serve no purpose from your life.
If you have plans to go to mars and change the world do you think you would be fixated on petty things like office gossip, or crushing on a girl that doesn't like you back or about watching some tv show.
The reason why most people don't have enough time in a day is because of not focusing on the important things.
Always ask your self what else could I be doing with my time, my thoughts and my emotions.
Does it benefit me to mentally play on repeat a past event or worse something in the future that may or may not even happen.
What else could I do?

One thing I've learned from life, is fighting fighting fighting! Nobody will do it for you! And yeah you can’t always win 'cause defeats are part of life, but they won’t last forever! It‘s up to you, if you will be the sheep or the wolf!
-> Fighter till the end! 💪🏼💯
Are you a perfectionist?
It is a blessing and also a curse to be one.
It can help you when you want to be good at something you love
BUT!!!! It can also prevent you from doing what you love.
We can procrastinate at times when we want to learn something, be somewhere, or just do something
I have been learning that FUCK being perfect. (Pardon my french)
When starting soemthing new to you, the only way to get good and then better is to JUST DO IT!!! Be AWARE that you may lack skills, but DEDICATE your time and be PATIENT because you will eventually get better.
What are you doing right now that is still NEW to you? (For me it's obviously instagram)
Let me know because I am curious ❤ & SHARE !
Thank You for your time!😊😊
Ever have one of those days where you just want to melt into the floor instead of doing anything else? Hello today!
This afternoon was not what I expected in a long shot. It was emotionally exhausting and I cried more than I have in a long time (don’t worry, everyone is okay). I knew my workout was going to be challenging, it wasn’t my favorite workout and it wasn’t my best workout. But the only bad workout is the one that doesn’t happen.
On these days it can be so so hard to push play, but I have never regretted a workout, and 99.9% of the time they make me feel so much better. And I cling to that knowledge when I really don’t feel like doing it. I was able to sort through some of my feelings, gain some perspective, and take care of myself in these few minutes. I am only human, and this is sometimes how life goes, but it is about what we do in the hard moments that refines us into who we are meant to be. And remember to take care of yourself, friends 💫
Mongos ♥️ Trying to think of ways to use up everything in the fridge and pantry.
Cooking isn’t my favorite thing to do, however it saves me so much $. My coworker expressed an assumption that I must like to cook bc I always have something packed. I told him I don’t 😂 cooking is practical. 😊
Cooking has allowed me to buy other things, eat healthier, and explore different cuisine. It used to intimidate me, only several years ago I was terrified of touching raw poultry/meat/seafood. I still get a bit neurotic about cross contamination, but overall find it an interesting challenge.
Do you cook?
Life update: Just graduated from Nursing School 👨🏽🎓💉 (Sorry for the repost for those who follow my personal account)
Just graduated from VCU to get my BSN. Learned a lot about myself in this journey.
I wasn’t your typical nursing student. My GPA coming into the program was significantly lower than my peers (got lucky enough just to get in). However, things changed when I realized that my peers were no different from me. I focused on my strengths, learned my weaknesses and told myself I was definitely capable of getting A’s on these exams like a lot of them did lol. Long story short, your mentality and self belief is all you really need. Once you believe in yourself, hold yourself accountable, put in the work, it all plays out. You’ll get the results.
Few takeaways*** (not in order)
1) Life is short.
2) You’ll always find time for the things important to you despite a busy schedule (i.e gym, family, etc.)
3) Everyone has their own problems. Stop complaining (specially about small things).
4) Surrounding yourself with people who make you better is crucial.
5) Learning your strengths and weaknesses are crucial in learning.
6) Mindset is everything. (Be confident, believe in yourself, do work and you’re set).
7) College forces you to do a lot of BS work that have nothing to do with your goals. (It’s just the way it is and it needs to change)
8) Take note of people who are doing it right and learn from them. Be humble.
9) Just chill out. It ain’t that serious. It’s all good lol
