My weight has been fluctuating over the past year and I wanted to change my eating habits but never fully committed and I had the mentality of “I’m gonna eat what I want”
Well no more... I have been macro tracking for 3 weeks and I’m down 10 pounds. It’s amazing to see how many calories I am actually eating. I’m so glad I’m getting my nutrition in check.
And this delicious dinner did not disappoint!
You guys... here me out for a sec. I woke up this morning feeling GOOD! Feeling proud of myself! Which believe it or not, is a hard thing to do. And it totally shouldn’t be, right?!🤩😆
Yesterday I 100% took care for ME. Well... and did all the other wifey/mommy duties. But I got to exercise, eat right and there’s nothing greater we could do for ourselves! I look exactly the same as I did yesterday but this FEELING is so worth it.

Waittttttttt! I just have to give a shout out to my girls in the tribe. It’s pretty darn cool that my #1 priority of this job is to work alongside them and cheer each other on. I wake up every single day knowing that no matter what, they will be there to motivate and inspire me to be the best version of ME!

Oh I love this time of year! Baking, Christmas Music ... don’t judge, it makes me happy 🤪It’s such an amazing time of year!
Although if I were to be honest, which I’m gonna be ... I usually over indulge this time of year and give in to all the sweets! So ... I’ve got a plan, I’m getting a head start and preparing my body so it won’t be me this year 🤦🏼♀️ Did you know the average American gains 10-15 lbs during the holidays 😮

Dinner tonight beef and veggie chilli - started with lots of chopped veg. Onion, garlic, celery, zucchini, carrot, baby spinach and tomato. Cooked off in a little olive oil, then small amount of beef mince (approx 100g). Added some herbs & spices, tomato paste and a tin of tomatoes. I then stuffed some into halves of red peppers, topped with a bit of grated cheese and baked in the oven! Drizzled mine with tobasco- delicious! 💕
