Few #salatim has changed and few #mezze too. With talented chefs, it’s great that they can change things up from time to time with no worries about how it’s received. Lots of plays between salty, sweet, flagrant, creamy, bitter, spicy, and tangy. Um...#umami anyone? I even tasted pickled rose petals for crying out loud! ....aaaand, it was f💥ing delicious!😋Lots of textural plays, smooth, chewy, soft, crunchy, crispy...nothing boring here. Everything was so good and immaculately prepared and served. I was also pleasantly surprised at the difference in taste of the custard dessert from when I had had it before... It still tasted rosey but much more subtle and I loved how the combining flavors of the cantaloupe, mint, and blackberries really complimented the floral custard.
