Multiple friends have told me they tried kale but didn't enjoy it very much. A big thing about kale is that you have to massage it (preferably with lime juice) to help break it down and make it easier to eat. Check this recipe out if you're wanting to add kale to your meals 😉🌱

If you’re like me you grew up eating coco pops and jam toast for breakfast.
These days I try to fill myself with as many colours as possible as these bright beauties have endless health & beauty benefits.
Pre-make your own granola (keep hidden added sugar away), top with your fave berries, seeds and if you like, some other natural boosters.
I choose to use Peruvian Maca powder AKA “Fountain of Youth”, to stabilise my hormones & for its endurance enhancing qualities!
I prefer coconut mylk on my brekkie - cuz coconuts are the shiz 🥥
