I often tell people I haven’t been able to dress myself ever! This is proof... Mrs Spohr with her “Just Say No” shirt and Meagan with her sexy glasses and me... well, I couldn’t decide on polk-a-dots, stripes or solids so I went will all of them. Plus a fancy bandage on my knee for ultimate street cred! #tbt#throwbackthursday#fashiondisaster#justsayno
I’m just gonna leave this here, nuff said!
Posted @withrepost • @brass_loving_brunette Exactly right and proud to be a part of this meme! Seriously though. Why is it that us gun owners are the only ones actually pushing for dealing with crime?
We as 🇨🇦Canadian Gun owners are the fearless ones that will always be the first to stand up and fight for what is right. Unlawful government seizure of private property is what this Liberal government is moving towards. They have done it before and they are doing it again. Say NO to discrimination, and continuous poor treatment as the finest citizens in the nation folks!!! If they can do it to you, they can do it to anyone.😠😠😠 #justsayno *******************************************************
SUGAR was my biggest battle but eye stand here to say that eye have and will continue to conquer!! #chefcannapril#alkalinechef#nocanesugar#sugarisadrug#justsayno
@Regran_ed from @foodfornegus - Please share this information with those who’re suffering from cancer and are having a hard time cutting sugar out of their diet. You can possibly save a life 💕
Cancer cells love sugar! That is why refined carbohydrates like white sugar, white flour, high fructose corn syrup (HFCS) and soft drinks are extremely dangerous for anyone trying to prevent or reverse cancer. Sugar essentially feeds tumors and encourages cancer growth. Cancer cells uptake sugar at 10-12 times the rate of healthy cells. In fact, that is the basis of PET (positron emission tomography) scans -- one of the most accurate tools for detecting cancer growth. PET scans use radioactively labeled glucose to detect sugar-hungry tumor cells. When patients drink the sugar water, it gets preferentially taken up into the cancer cells and they light up! This is why a diet change, cleansing, and herbs are needed. Save a life today! #disease#alkalinelifestyle#cancer#sugar#whiteflour#drsebiapproved#alkalineelectric#holistichealth#alkalinelifestyle - #regrann
Watching the snow fall up here. It's so pretty! Snacks before dinner! Artichoke jalapeno dip with pork rinds and salmon dip and radishes and celery and stuffed olives..... all low carb! So yummy! I wish @oceansprayinc wouldn't put "diet" on their label but this is also low carb. Thank God. Hopefully the neighbor won't bring sweets over tonight to counter offer all this. 😂 #justsayno
So I went to Las Vegas with my Dad. We ran both the 5k and the half marathon. It was my first time running at something like this. We ran together from the start but my natural instincts took over. Half way point of the 5k I took off and left him for dust. 5k is an athletes distance and I could already smell the finish line. I said I’d wait for him at the line. That made it 1-0.
Next up was the half marathon. Fuck the full marathon that’s for psychopaths. The strip was closed down for the only time of the year. Music was great and the crowd was massive. Again, we started off together and cruised the first half of the race. I stopped for a snickers in the local 7 eleven and soon after , the nuts kicked in. I am an athlete, an alpha and a champion. I had no intention of losing this and I do not share the finish line. Chat ya later I’m off. This is a young mans world and nothing would stop me. I waved one finger in the air and said fuck the free world.
Once a champ always a champ. 2-0 without breaking a sweat. Friendly competition me bollox.
On that note I would like to officially announce my retirement from running. It’s sad to say goodbye but I think it’s for the best. I came and I conquered. Thanks for everything 🦍
I had to share this, especially after hearing so many of my students share stories of drowning in commitments, or work, or life... or everything!
Let me say something: I. Get. You.
I wanted to share this because, for me, it struck a chord. As you know, I’m fond of looking at life in seasons—not just the climate, but the busy seasons, the fun seasons, the work seasons... you get my drift.
But what happens when you feel like it is constantly the OVERWHELMING season? Like everything is rolled into one suffocating, heavy and seemingly endless nightmare that has no end?
I feel the same way. But sometimes, in the midst of all that craziness is the fact that we let things take over. Not consciously, of course. We find ourselves asking, “how did it get like this?”
Hearing this truthbomb this morning as I was binge listening to a podcast (I call it catching up) while running errands and tidying up/organizing, this truth hit home. I had planned out what needed to be done, but somehow, in my usual “roll with the punches” attitude, all the random work that needed to be done became overwhelming. How many of you out there feel this way? You have your top 3 tasks for the day, and somehow, even if you managed to get them done, it’s the other, unplanned events/appointments that drain you.
I just wanted to remind you (and myself!) that it’s ok to circle back to your priorities. Clear out the debris, and focus on what you need to get on top of your deadlines.
Especially now, with holiday gatherings/shopping/parties around the corner, end of quarter reviews, end of year reviews, and the pull of starting a fresh year tugging at you—it’s ok to reprioritize. Take time out to give your undivided attention to your loved ones, say no to new projects, and pamper yourself a bit (even if it’s just a quiet 15 minutes alone with a cup of tea).
☕️ Tell me, are you worried or excited about how you’ll get through the next few weeks? What tips can you share about maintaining sanity during what should be the most joyful time of year? 🌟
Love that my little #grinchman gets to take these #chewables on the daily!! Cannot remember last time he has a sick visit 🤗
According to the #ClevelandClinic , probiotics for children should be the NORM! Probiotics for kids help keep the number of bad bacteria at bay, shorten symptoms of illness, help decrease inflammation and infection risk, relieve constipation and diarrhea, acid reflux and gas and can improve oral health and skin issues, such as eczema! They should for sure be used after antibiotic use. Y’all .... this isn’t just me talking …. it’s the amazing Cleveland Clinic! #justsayin 🙌🏼👊🏼✌🏼And what about vitamins? Well, they’re amazing for filling in the gaps as an “insurance policy” because I don’t know a kid who eats perfectly! #oradulthonestly 😉They promote strong teeth and bones and immune health. The B vitamins help convert food to energy (so your kids can stay active) and NEED to be replenished DAILY! And it’s helping them to establish a #healthyhabit at a young age. Our combination #kidsvitamin and #kidsprobiotic is NOT your typical sugar or artificially sweetened synthetic crap. ❌ #justsayno Please don’t put that in their tiny bodies. This one right here is the 💣.com! Healthy kids = a happy life for THEM & YOU & the WHOLE FAMILY! #canigetanamen 💁🏼♀️ #guthealth#healthykids#kidprobiotic#kidvitamins#nosugaradded
If you’ve been thinking about ordering these for your kids (or yourself .... don’t like pills😋) then do it TODAY❤️
I hear this on a daily basis, shoot I’m guilty of saying it myself! Do you find yourself saying this when in actuality your not busy?
Busy is defined as “having a great deal to do” which most of us do! •
I know lately my life seems busy but I always take time for those in my life. I often hear people say that they can’t meet up because their busy but I will see them on social media posting and commenting. •
I think the word busy has become the new word for some that don’t know how to say no or not at this time! •
This also happens in my business when I mention the opportunity to people and how it can change their life I hear” I’m to busy” yet they’re posting on social media. •
That’s the beauty of this business it’s all about posting and meeting people who are busy. • I didn’t post this to shame people, I was guilty of it myself. When I finally decided to get busy and listen to this opportunity is when my life became less busy and more focused. I wish people would use a different word then busy when they don’t want to take an opportunity and make a go of it. NO is the most direct word you can tell someone. •
As Christmas draws near could you use some extra cash or are you too busy for extra money.
If you’re not then shoot me a message and let’s chat!
Today WSAB TV did a special broadcast and every Saber pledged to #eliminatecig as a part of @miamischools Anti-Vaping campaign. We’re so proud that our students are saying no to the aggressive campaigns of Big Tobacco and taking their health into their own hands #antivape#justsayno#sabernation#bethechange
Did you know wolves help protect our ecosystems? Fun fact: a healthy wolf has never killed a human being. Also, they have a structured family much like humans. Please call TODAY and get connected to your rep to help save these wonderful animals!

Have you ever noticed how much crap they sell in ‘petrol stations’ nowadays??? I just popped in for some fuel and there is a mini shop, a subway AND a Costa stand!!! WTF - I’ve just gone in to get petrol and I’m stuck behind somebody doing their weekly shop! 😂
And how much petrol do LandRovers take!! The guy at the front has just spent £145 on fuel 😮😮😮😮 I maintain my belief that there is nothing of any good in a petrol station shop. Everything is either highly processed or full of sugar.
I always try and stay away from buying anything in these shops - no matter how tempting 😝
The truth is our time is extremely valuable and limited. If you're like me, it can be easy to fill every minute with something. Whether it be productivity for work, helping others, spending time with family, cooking, cleaning, scrolling through social media, or watching Netflix, it is so easy to get the end of the day and have no idea what you actually did. When my days are busy or filled to the brim, I go to bed feeling like I can't breathe. I can't wait to get to sleep and hopefully not do this all again tomorrow... but then I do. *
It is okay, to say no. It is okay to say no to others or to yourself. Today, seek joy by really processing-- which things in my life are refreshing and reviving, and which things actually drain me or take away my joy? If you like lists, make a list! Talk it out with a friend! Journal about it! Don't go another day without identifying what drains you-- and then as much as is possible, just say no. 🙅🏻 God desires for us to be good stewards of our time. He has set us up exactly where we are for a purpose. Are we allowing Him to use us, or are we wasting His gifts because we can't stop people pleasing or self-building?
Join me today, as I seek joy by choosing to say no to myself and others. This way, I can say yes to what He has planned for me. 😊
