I love to observe the shift in energy. Winter is all about the journey inward. Listening to my desires and needs even more than I normally would. Preparing myself mentally and physically for the cold weather. This will be my first winter in a colder climate as a fruitarian. I'm definitely ready for it. There where times when I wasn't that optimistic about it but I realised how this is exactly what I need. Slowing down, developing patience. No need to rush or get anywhere. As much as I want to be independant and build my own business so I can use all my energy to serve people in need, I have to focus on myself first. I got that from my mum. Putting others first and we are both learning more and more how important it is to take care of ourselfes first. 🙏🏼💛☀️
These are 12 KG of locally grown seeded grapes. 🍇🔥 I pre-order them twice a week and that is pretty much what I've been consuming for the past 3-4 weeks (in form of juices). Anyone looking to do a water fast or juice fast for more then 1 day will benefit greatly from this. It is so important that while you are fasting you are supporting the channels of elimination. Fasting puts the body into a deep state of detox and these channels are the only way your body can get rid of the toxic waste. The more toxic you are the more you are going to be detoxing and feeling the detox symptoms and the more important opening these channels becomes. So, how do you support the four channels.
Its quite simple.
Drinking 2-4L if your juicing and 4-6L if you’re water fasting. You will urinate often (that’s normal) and remove a huge amount of acid and mucous.
Meditation and 7 rounds of 7 (see the highlights reel). Oxygen will energize the body and each out breath will expel huge amounts of stored acid.
Scrub your skin daily and open the pores. Sweat if you can but if not just keep the skin clean and open so the skin can eliminate.
Daily enemas and/or colonics if it becomes unbearable. If water fasting this is a non negotiable. The last thing you want is toxic waste sitting in your gut with no way out.

As I reflect on my own journey of letting go time and time again to make space for the divine to rise, I wish to share just a few lessons... Let go of what doesn’t serve your greatest expression like old leaves 🍃 🍂 fall off of a tree 🌲 to make space for the new! When we try to hold onto the old leaves for fear of change, that is when we create suffering. We must surrender and flow with the season that we are in! If we resist the current of life for too long, we create stagnation and get stuck.
There is no rushing nature. Learn to appreciate each new season and honor your phases of transition and rebirth. By accepting where we are in our journey, we receive the incredibly healing opportunity to love ❤️ ourselves unconditionally despite external circumstances.
Build a deep & sustaining connection to your divinity first instead of continuing to seek temporary external pleasures! There is nothing more beautiful than your own deep love & acceptance. No person, no food, no possession can ever fill that deep longing to know and express yourSelf.
Remember: a tree grows so tall and strong 💪🏽 because it has D E E P roots 🌳 Community and connection help us to see ourselves in those around us. Embrace all the mirrors you encounter on your journey. Begin to see beyond duality of right and wrong and step into the perspective of unconditional love ❤️. This is how we begin to end the illusion of separation and treat one another with kindness and respect.

All of our produce is local, organic and straight from the farmer. Always be sure to juice with organic produce. You don’t want to be having chemical shots of pesticides and herbicides when your trying to get the toxins out! That defeats the whole purpose of cleansing! Let’s see how the @breville Citrus juicer does with pomegranates ..... UPDATE: it doesn’t really seem to work for pomegranates. It makes a little juice, but doesn’t really “press” the majority of them seeds. Only separates them out of the rind. Oh well! Worth a try.

💫 Throwback October 17th 2017 💫
We started becoming vegans over 8 years ago for ethical reasons 🐷. There were multiple factors that brought us to that but the last convincing piece was the video 🎥 of Gary Yourofski, called "Best speech you will ever hear". It is really a powerful video covering all aspects of veganism and animal exploitation without having to be graphic (there is only a few minutes of graphic content). After seeing this and hearing the arguments, it just made sense 💡. It suddenly all made perfect sense to us and that's exactly when we made the change to a 💯% vegan diet. Since then we have just gotten more and more confident of our choice and just wish we had done it earlier.
With time, we started getting more interested in the health aspects and that's how we started eating healthier 🍹🥗🥕🍌🍎🍏🍇🍉🥑🍅🥝🍓🍍🍆. We went through raw diets, water fasts, intermittent fasting, juicing, cleansing, rawtill4... We learned and experienced a lot (and still do). We also looked into other aspects of a healthy lifestyle like being more active, doing sports🏃, yoga, eating more organic foods, eating ripe fruits, natural remedies and so on.
After those years we kinda found our balance that consists of raw foods during the day (juices, smoothies, salads) and cooked in the evenings. For the cooked part we try to do WFPD 🍚🍛🍲🥗. However we are not strict on it when we eat out.
I continued eating this way during pregnancy, increasing quantities but it does get hard with cravings and aversions to continue like before. I didn't crave any animal foods and most junk was disgusting to me so that was great. But the first trimester I also did not want any salads or veggies.. I wanted mostly bananas and potatoes 😋. How did you transition to veganism? For health reasons or ethical ones? And did that evolve with time?

My diet was basically good, so it was quite "easy" for me to adapt my previous lifestyle to align with the medical medium lifestyle. I was already #vegan so my final step was going #glutenfree 🍞 🛑. Yet, there was more! I hadn't realised the importance of low fat or no fat! I mostly transitioned to low fat using mostly only wholefood fats. I thought I'd miss the taste, or finding foods sticking to the cooking pans and getting ruined, or that I'd be hungry. Thanks to all the ongoing guidance and support from Anthony, it was not difficult and it was tasty, filling and fabulous!
I've been on the physiospect machine, and my blood is apparently very clean! More on the physiospect later. I know I owe this to the Medical Medium lifestyle 🙏 and the happiness that increased #health and#wellness brings is a constant source of joy.
SPRAY PAINTING 🌟 It was such a heart-stirring sight to see him successfully manipulate the spray bottles. Those spray bottles were tough work for tiny fingers - yet he did it right! Glory to God. We used washable paint on felt. Incorporated half water and half paint in each bottle in order to make the liquid thin enough to go through the spray, and so the colors would drip and blend together easily on felt. He was stunned by how the colors fused together to make new ones.
