I didn’t really take a “before” photo but I will start from this photo, since I still have such a far way to go to get to my goal. I will have to get rid of 20-30 more pounds to get to my goal weight, but instead I’ve decided to focus my energy more on pushing my body for endurance and weightlifting, since my weight is shedding naturally that way. I’ve seen the biggest improvement in the way I feel and the way my clothes fit.
