I ate and drank over 3,000kcal yesterday! I slept so well and when I woke up I had that really nice heavy limb feeling and had a lay in! Breakfast was 2 @warburtonsuk crumpets, 30g cheddar and 2 boiled eggs. We’re working on the house again today so even though I massively overate my calories yesterday we’re on the go all day today and back to normal eating. For the last few weeks I’ve worked out hard multiple times a week so one blow out isn’t going to hurt.
