This picture here says so much!
1. I wore a tank top out in public. This does NOT EVER happen! I wore it to class today and OWNED it!

3. This is week 11 since I started eating clean and exercising am down 18.2 lbs and many inches.
4. I need smaller clothes!
5. I can see my body changing not only is my body getting stronger so is my mind.
Do not ever give up on yourself!
I was listening to the @supersoul podcast on the way home today. The podcast was an interview between @oprah and @brenebrown. It was all about vulnerability and fear. There were so many awesome nuggets but this is the one that stood out the most for me.
I have often felt I had to be perfect. But perfectionism is just the fear of failure. And don't we learn the most when we fail? Isn't that what leads to true progress?
So, what is it that you are afraid of starting because you don't be perfect? Drop it in the comments below.
It’s been difficult with the chaotic past 6 weeks to stay with it and the next 6 weeks seem like they’ll be extra tough. So on tough days try on your starting outfit & force yourself to notice how far you’ve come. I wish I was farther along, but I’m happy I haven’t fallen back to where I used to be.
No idea what my weight difference is (scale is packed) but I’m feeling in a better headspace regardless of numerics.
🌟being a part of a team is amazing💜
as a kid through my teen years I tried playing sports, really wanted to feel like part of the team and always walked away feeling like something was missing. oh I felt some of what I was looking for... but my own fears and insecurities held me back.
being a part of #teamEMPOWER has changed my life! everything I was looking for in a team, I've found AND I've found that missing piece of ME! 🎉😄🙌🏻 and getting to HELP others, something that's ALWAYS brought me joy and I've always had a passion for!? PLUS I get to work from home, around my kids schedule AND earn an extra income to help with the extra stuff? guys I don't have the words for how awesome this has been, how glad I am I decided to take this leap!
it's not always gonna be sunshine ☀ and rainbows 🌈 it's hard work! but seriously... so worth it beyond any words I have. my team is going places, I've got big dreams and a fire 🔥 burning to help change lives!

Joy! I used to hate joy because it was way too girly smelling for me. Now i use it as perfume daily. Joy + stressaway are my go to perfume oils. Anyone who grabs a kit this month from me will get a perfume roller with joy in it ✨ joy contains: bergamot, ylang ylang, geranium, rosewood, lemon, mandarin, jasmine, Roman chamomile, palmarosa, and rose essential oils 🌾
Chicken in Marinade to RULE THEM ALL!

3⁄4 cup balsamic vinegar
1⁄2 cup Dijon or spicy brown mustard
1/8 cup Bragg's Liquid Amino Acids

1/8 cup fresh lemon juice
1/8 tablespoon garlic, minced (may use garlic powder) 2 teaspoon onion powder

So I haven’t really posted too many pictures of myself here. I don’t really like to because I’m just not where I want to be in my physical health. I keep making excuses as to why I haven’t taken my weight loss seriously. Its university or it’s stress or it’s a breakup or it’s another family party. All my excuses got me to this unhealthy body I have today. I’m all for different body types and everyone has a different story.
But today I’m ready to CHANGE my life story.
I don’t know why today. But today I’m ready to do something epic. So I’m tying up my sneakers and I’m starting. It’s little steps that are going to get me to my goals. Today I’m the heaviest I’ve ever been and that’s just not okay for me. I created this Instagram in January to work on my health goals and started on the #eliminationdiet , which was an amazing way to start cooking clean. I found out my headaches and digestion issues were thanks to dairy. So...so long to dairy! So along with my delicious healthy recipes I am going to work my butt off to be accountable and work hard to be my healthiest self. I hope I motivate you to be your best self. I’m just so tired of being tired and feel this way. So l’m making a change today...first goal to to do some sort of physical activity 5/7 days, keep myself consistent 💪 #cleaneats#eatgoodfeelgood#health#inspo
Make up is 100% savvy minerals, all natural and good for yo skin (which is your biggest organ btw). If you don’t know what’s in your makeup i highly recommend looking into it! Think dirty and ewg are great apps to download for this, simply scan your items, you might be surprised! 🙊🙈
Citrus fresh is my go to for cleaning, stinky trash cans, and just a fresh clean smelling home! Putting a drop in the bottom of the trash keeps it from getting stinky 😝
🍊tangerine ~ calming 🍊orange ~ uplifting 🍊mandarin ~ revitalizing 🍊grapefruit ~ stress relieving 🍋lemon ~ purifying 🌱spearmint ~ relieves mental strain & fatigue
One of my favorite oils out there 🖤
have you guys figured out yet that I love fall?
cuz I kinda sorta REALLY do! 😁
multiple things today have reminded me about, made me excited for fall.
I know I've already talked about goals of mine between now and the start of fall... but I'm also going to use the excitement and anxious energy I have building up waiting for fall to push myself harder.
cannot wait to see what I can make happen by the time my fav season gets here 😁🥰🎉
I've been that exhausted mom, struggling to carry the baby (or baby in a car seat)
I've had MANY moments where I felt weak, in many different ways.
yes I shared a flexing pic yesterday, that was fun to track my progress and the physical change I'm seeing.
this morning I want to take a moment to appreciate the changes that we can see in different ways.
💜 I can keep up with the physical demands of my kiddos, especially two boys who love to wrestle and fly 😂
💙 I'm better at not letting mistakes affect me for too long, they happened, I learn from it and keep going
💚 I know I can do this. beyond just I hope I can... I know I can.
💪🏻 the inner strength I'm finding is so worth it! I can do more!! 😁
what changes, victories do you see that may not exactly be related to your measurements?
