Recently I started writing in this journal and practising 3 minutes of meditation every morning and let me tell you.. it’s a game changer. This morning I was so overcome with gratitude that there was no stopping the water works 🙏🏻 With so much sadness in our world, I sometimes feel overwhelmed by it all and struggle to see the good that’s still there. But you guys.. I will let you in on a little secret.. we all have a crazy amount to be grateful for! Sometimes it may be difficult to see - but it’s there. I’m going to challenge you to stop right now ✋🏻 and spend 3 minutes to think of something(s) you are grateful for. And hold onto that tight in your heart. I promise you, it will change the rest of your day 💕😘
Hashimoto’s Health Tip: How to Journal
According to Plato, Socrates at his trial where he was sentenced to death said “An unexamined life is not worth living.” The same can be said for trying to heal a chronic disease like Hashimoto’s. If you are just randomly trying supplements and the latest diet fad and you don’t have some sort of system for figuring out what works and what doesn’t then you may be undermining your progress.
Here’s the thing, we don’t remember details of things very well at all. You may think you have a great memory, but for many important details you don’t. Nobody does. We have no idea what triggered a flare up or caused a reaction if we aren’t keeping track. There are too many variables and too many possibilities.
This is why it is absolutely necessary to keep a journal. If you think you don’t have time, then you’re missing the big picture, because this can ultimately save you a ton of time, energy, money and most importantly suffering.
So, to start out I want to remind you to get something like this composition book and start journaling (if you aren’t doing it already) and also to discuss a bit about what we want to journal.
TWO MAIN AREAS FOR JOURNALING
There are really two main areas that I’d like you focus on while we do this workshop:
1. Day to Day Activities
In my opinion, both of these areas are critically important in the process of healing. Today, we’ll focus on day to day activities.
1. Day to Day Activities: There is nothing more impactful on your healing than your day to day habits and behavior. We really need to be intentional about these because they can and will make a huge difference in your results.
These include: diet, exercise and stress relieving hobbies like meditation and qi gong or yoga.
So, in your journal, write down everything you eat, even snacks and keep a log of your symptoms. The purpose of this is to look for patterns that might reveal which things exacerbate your symptoms. Same with exercise, right it down and/or make a schedule to do it.
Stress is also a huge factor. If you have a really stressful life, it may hurt your progress. Continued in comments...

I no longer see it as burden, but instead as a side effect of my transformation. This feeling can be a blessing, it’s pushes you to change, it’s what pushed me to change.
So please accept the dark, murky pushing and painful feelings. Unravel and let go of the untruths. Free yourself of the demons you’ve created. Uproot yourself completely and unapologetically, it’s time for you to just become. ✨

checking and confronting yourself is an art form. one of the things that I struggle with the most is facing my anxiety head-on, and sticking to the changes I commit to making to manage it better. in my art form at the stroke of a pen, I can feel as if I have solved everything in the world and that I have a plan moving forward. I take these ideas and I spread them around like paint on canvas, starting a movement in the streets. my words stick to others around me and I feel whole. but, taking care of other people when they are going through it is easier, because it’s not yours—it doesn’t require you to look into yourself and question. it’s a landscape, not a self portrait. you never think the expression “you’re the only thing in your way” applies to you until you start painting one. that is, until you look in the mirror and notice that there are healthy ways to self-criticize, there are ways to look at yourself and improve. flaws don’t make you a bad person, they make you a person.
Look, I’m gonna be honest with y’all: I hate camping. I hate bugs, and sweating, and not having a hot shower or mattress to sleep on at bedtime. I’m not really even that big of a fan of nature. I can appreciate the power of a giant waterfall, or a purple mountain’s majesty, or... ya know... whatever. But after about 5 minutes, my awe is officially maxed out 🤷🏻♀️😂
I am, however, a fan of the Lumberjanes graphic novels. Coupled with this really beautiful campfire #enamelpin from @laserbrainpatchco, I was inspired to do a little outdoorsy theme in my #bulletjournal this week. I think it totally makes up for the time I’m not actually spending outside!
I also normally don’t care for made up curse words/phrases in books, but every time one of the Lumberjanes would utter “what the junk?” at some new terror, I couldn’t help but be amused. It was just too cute 😆

Enjoyed my invitation to listen to @crystalleewilliams speak at The Village of Christ Memorial's Bible Journaling ladies group. What a blast it was to spruce up a journal for bible studying but most of all, meet new women of faith!
I usually use my Molang Planner to write great/inspirational/interesting phrases or quotes I find in books or youtube videos, etc. To me it's a beautiful way to keep those nice quotes you find and to be able to read them again. When I read something that touches my heart, my mind captures that moment and when I read that quote again I feel the same feelings I got when I first read it :) Every book that I've read has taught me something, so a great way to remember those small but important lessons is to write them. What's a better place than a journal or an agenda? even if it's inside a digital journal, write quotes and inspirational words that you want to remember ❤️

Pertama kali liat bangtan tertariknya ke RM,waktu itu pas jadi fangirl tahun 2017 .Waktu lagi nonton weeklyidol eps 229 karena sebelum jadi fangirl aku suka banget nonton varshow/realshow nya korsel,disitu tertarik nya sama RM,kenapa?karena lucu banget kocak pas nari EXID wkwk terus pas motong bawang itu coba yaampun segala pisau kebalik ahaha. Akhirnya aku cari tau dong tentang bts dan ternyata RM itu leader,dan ternyata lagi RM dulu sering kena hate ya emmm karena visualnya yang KATANYA GA COCOK JADI BB bahkan sampe ngehate DISURUH KELUAR DARI BTS coba jahat banget ga org kaya gitu. Bahkan aku pernah ketemu sama org yang juga fangirl dan dia bilang kalau RM itu disukain paling akhir diantara dia sama tementemennya karena visual nya yang kurang,ini beneran ya aku gaboong. Dan dengan BANGGANYA aku bales perkataan dia kaya gini "tapi RM itu cerdas,iq nya diatas ratarata" setelah itu dia bilang "iyasi". Okey,menurut aku visual itu bukan pertama untuk dilihat tapiii bakat dan potensi lah yang lebih dahulu harus dilihat
