In questo modo si evita che l’impegno vascolare digestivo interferisca con quello muscolare, affinché sia consentita la completa digestione. Serve a garantire la disponibilità dei nutrienti al momento dell’ attività fisica sotto forma di zuccheri nel sangue e di glicogeno (la forma in cui gli zuccheri vengono accumulati nei muscoli e nel fegato, in attesa di essere utilizzati). › COSTITUITO PREVALENTEMENTE DA CARBOIDRATI, per l’importante ruolo energetico che essi rivestono. L’ apporto di carboidrati deve derivare dall’assunzione di amidi (pane, pasta, riso, patate). I chose to be a personal trainer because my life was lacking direction and purpose, fitness seemed to be the right path because it was the only thing keeping me grounded.
I decided to get my eduction with Fit College because my friend (and now fellow PT) William Lenz recommended it.
The experience was great, I had lots of fun learning things I'm passionate about and I met some of the greatest people currently in my life.
I am now a part of a great team of fitness professionals at Jetts Kelmscott, where my business has picked up quickly which has lead me to stay focused and determined to further my career as a PT.

A big part of the training puzzle is recovery!
If you're a new runner make sure you have rest days, take recovery seriously. Try to get good quality sleep, Eat a sufficient amount of calories and protein to enable you the recover from training.
