Here is a clip of a great @revinmo exercise called the skater. This move is powerful in regards to bringing awareness to the elasticity of the pelvic floor, while also doing great work to reorganize the feet, knees and hips.

Back in business baby since my Fitbit one died this week! Went and bought a new @fitbit Charge 2 tonight.  Was using my wife’s old original Fitbit Charge for the days mine was down, I just reset/reprogrammed it to my account since she didn’t use it anyways.  However her battery was shot only lasting few hrs so no choice but to go buy a new one for myself.  Was trying to hold out for the upcoming Charge 3 that’s due out soon but couldn’t wait any more.  Nice way to end a pretty good step day despite being in pain.

That's something good coaches out in the world do is admit they were wrong with their training techniques or principles. I think it shows a lot of character if you can recognize what you were teaching a year, two years, 5 years ago was wrong or just not as efficient with what you're doing now. .

Anyway, being able to move the knee joint freely is another way to built prove your body. You might notice that you can't even do it and just start moving your ankle over and over again. This means your brain and body are not connected in a way to promote the movement, which is a motor control issue. .

Some people will notice that one knee works better than the other. This situation means you have a asymmetry and needs some work. .

#WeUse1TDC and it was the best decision for my girl Winnie! As my first flyball dog, training took a bit longer and she was a bit older when we finally got playing - but once we got on the mats we were having a blast!! As my first flyball dog, training took a bit longer and she was a bit older when we finally got playing - but once we got on the mats we were having a blast!! Perhaps a new way for you to train your pistol squat will be to stay standing but work on extending your leg with as much tension as possible.

Keep both quads as tight as possible. Keep your glutes tight- mine cramped simply after taking this video.

Every few seconds I would recommend doing a couple checks- are you standing as tall as you can? How’re your glutes? After bringing your knee back in, is it as high as you can get it?

These include the rotator cuff, deltoids, trapezius, serratus anterior...

I love this laying down version as you really get to focus on the correct muscle groups. We can use incorrect muscles by standing as our bodies way to overcompensate.
Doing it slowly and holding allows you to feel the weaknesses.

Remember to be present and take slow deep breaths. It really allows you to feel this movement unfold and gives you a better understanding of how your body functions.

In April my baby brother was dx'd with cancer. #Hodgkins #Lymphoma Stage 2. When I stepped into the role of his main caretaker, I gave little thought to how my body would handle the emotional and physical stress. I just knew my baby brother needed me. .

My family and I have surrounded Jonathan with love, support and endless encouragement as he navigates through one of the toughest journeys of his life. I couldn't be more proud of my brother and his tenacious attitude in facing this diagnosis head on. .

I distinctly remember getting hungry as a kid, and the sight of this type of trash would make me drool. I'm mad hungry right now hanging out at an airport, and the thought of eating this makes my stomach turn. All I want is a damn steak. I've been re-wired. There's no going back, because my body know that #MEATHEALS . Take the blue pill and you can continue eating your corn starch goop and grain slop, or take the red meat pill and gorge on steak while getting healthier every day.

Why is posture so important?
When parts of your body are not in ideal alignment the tissues, bones and fluids in our body get affected drastically, our axis changes and our force and weight distribution changes which leads to soft tissue problems, joint problems, physiological problems, neurological problems and can even cause psychological problems. Gravity will also cause more compression on your body when we aren’t in a good postural position. Working on posture is a lifelong task as our environments and lifestyle can manipulate our bodies quite rapidly, our bodies are very adaptive to both positive and negative influences.
