so, without a doubt, I’ve noticed so many improvements since incorporating collagen into my daily routine. .

Did you know your knee joint can move? Before I always thought of it as being able just to extend and flex but I was wrong. .
That's something good coaches out in the world do is admit they were wrong with their training techniques or principles. I think it shows a lot of character if you can recognize what you were teaching a year, two years, 5 years ago was wrong or just not as efficient with what you're doing now. .
Anyway, being able to move the knee joint freely is another way to built prove your body. You might notice that you can't even do it and just start moving your ankle over and over again. This means your brain and body are not connected in a way to promote the movement, which is a motor control issue. .
Some people will notice that one knee works better than the other. This situation means you have a asymmetry and needs some work. .
A small movement, but a lot of reward when practiced!.

#WeUse1TDC and it was the best decision for my girl Winnie! As my first flyball dog, training took a bit longer and she was a bit older when we finally got playing - but once we got on the mats we were having a blast!! Winnie would be a bit sore after practice, so our flyball coach mentioned #1TDC to us - after a few weeks of use, Winnie had massive improvements with her bounce back time after tournaments and practice, but the most impressive improvement (to me) were HER TEETH! It seems as though she grew a new set since she started 1TDC, they are so strong and clean, I don’t have to worry when we’re tugging or tossing tennis balls. Our family has come to rely on 1-TDC to keep Winnie on the racing lanes, and plan on putting our subsequent dogs on it too - Phoenix has just started racing full-time and is starting 1-TDC to maintain mobility and joint integrity. I’ve been discovering the magic of joint circles and am experimenting with how these high tension techniques will help me through bodyweight and powerlifting training.
Perhaps a new way for you to train your pistol squat will be to stay standing but work on extending your leg with as much tension as possible.
Keep both quads as tight as possible. Keep your glutes tight- mine cramped simply after taking this video.
Every few seconds I would recommend doing a couple checks- are you standing as tall as you can? How’re your glutes? After bringing your knee back in, is it as high as you can get it?
Try these with varying RPEs and let me know how they go!

Lifting the arms overhead is a movement that requires the help of quite a few muscles to support this joint movement...
These include the rotator cuff, deltoids, trapezius, serratus anterior...
I love this laying down version as you really get to focus on the correct muscle groups. We can use incorrect muscles by standing as our bodies way to overcompensate.
Doing it slowly and holding allows you to feel the weaknesses.
Remember to be present and take slow deep breaths. It really allows you to feel this movement unfold and gives you a better understanding of how your body functions.
