Good evening all!!! Whew today’s workout was a beast. I did T25 cardio plus LIIFT4 arms and shoulders with a few things in between. Today my little workout partner decided to jump into my after workout selfie. With cookies all over her face. She is one of the reasons why I do what I do. I pull out my weights and line them up and automatically she runs over looking for her weights. She gets excited when she sees the workouts start and claps. When I do my core rounds 90% of the time she is on my stomach. I know I’m teaching my daughter and 2 sons that it’s ok to put yourself 1st. Exercise is fun and it’s important to put your health first. So.... LIIFT4 Week 2 Shoulders from home! I was planning on going to the gym for my workout, but it’s closed due to the ice/snow. BUT I didn’t have to go to the gym to workout and that’s one of the biggest benefits of Beachbody OnDemand! I sometimes like going to the gym, but being able to workout from home is convenient and leaves me with no excuse 😊

At 5:30 when my alarm went off this morning, it was definitely an option & I was SO close to pushing it but I didn’t. I remembered regardless how tired I was or felt, I always get up & show up so why would I stop now?
Don’t forget, if you have goals, you gotta push yourself because nobody is going to do it for you 💜
💪LIIFT4 Week 2, Day 2: Back & biceps + HIIT = 1 exhausted mommy! Whew! I definitely had to take some longer breaks between the HIIT exercises to catch my breath & to avoid puking. But I pushed through & finished it even though I wanted to quit! Workout done and I’m feeling great. Even after partying a little too hard this weekend when it came to food and maybe that extended into the week until Tuesday 🤷🏻♀️ I still feel great and feel like I am making some great gains. You gotta treat yo self once in awhile. I’m going to enjoy my journey, treats included. 🍰 2 steps forward and 1 step back is still 1 step forward.
I woke up and had all the excuses: I had a headache, didn’t get a ton of sleep, majorly PMSing, craving ALL the carbs and sweets, it’s a snow day, etc. 🤛🏻🤛🏻
Instead of listening to those voices, I messaged my workout accountability group, told myself how much better I’d feel once the workout is over, downed my liquid gold prework, and put my gym shoes on. 🤛🏻🤛🏻
And let me tell you in the words of Elle Woods, “exercise gives you endorphins. Endorphins make you happy!” I’m so glad I pressed play and pushed through.

Me: Open eyes- Oh, Hello abs.😳 Me:Get coffee- Hey, Triceps, nice to see ya.☕ Me: Shoulders? Why you hurting me? Oh, that workout the other day. 🏋️♀️ Chest: Thank you for all those push ups. 🤸♀️ Butt: Keep up with those squats, I like the way I'm looking in those smaller jeans. 🍑
Me: My body is pretty friggin amazing, and I'm grateful for it. 💪💗🤗

It’s actually terrifying what you can do in a month if you set your mind to it. 16 workouts... SIXTEEN! That’s it. 🙌🏼 I am stronger, happier, less stressed, MORE confident. 💕And I’m only halfway!
