BLUEBERRY CORN SEX PANCAKES So we slept in this morning. You know. Hungry now.
These pancakes have fresh white corn, cornmeal, blueberries. Leavened with egg whites, baking powder, baking soda, and passion. Sorry. I’m just happy right now.. We ate the bacon while I cooked. We danced a little in the kitchen.
Based on a James Beard recipe. Most of what I know about cooking and generosity I learned from him. A gay man who prospered in a deeply homophobic world.
