I don’t really push @faajisundays on my personal page because for the longest time I was a bit ashamed to because of the feedback I would get from some people. “Yinka is a club promoter” “Yinka is a dancer” “You’re that Faaji girl that just likes to party” 🙄
Certain comments would get to me because the reason of starting Faaji was because of my love and passion for food.. (Yes I cook all the food for all Faaji events)
So when people started making other comments I just stopped pushing it on all my socials. But then I spoke to @florencesann and I realised that it doesn’t matter what people call me FOOD AND MUSIC HAS NO BOUNDARIES and im going to take @faajisundays to a level that it will be appreciated by everyone. So yes people can call me a promoter, events planner, chef, dancer lol the fact still stands that I own this event and Gods willing it will grow and be celebrated not just in the UK but in other countries around the world.
