Hubby has gone away for a few days so I made some Thai pumpkin soup over the weekend for a quick easy dinner. I knew after finishing work and coming home to get my 2 yr old fed and ready for bed I would be short on time to prep my own dinner. Was super tasty with a good chilli kick! #whole30

TRAINING MY TASTE BUDS // I love sweets things so I try my headrest to meet my sugar cravings with fruit (I don’t always succeed to be honest 😆) - but we must not neglect the fact that fruit can still have a lot of sugar even though they are natural. I am currently training my taste buds to get used to more veg and less fruit in my smoothies. So today’s combo: Spinach (50%), celery (20%), mango (15%) & kiwi (15%) 😋
