5:30 comes EAR...EAR...EARLY! I forgot how good I felt taking B vitamins!😀💪 I thought that taking a multivitamin was enough but after having some testing done I found out I have problems converting vitamins in my food to vitamins used by my body (called methylation)😴😥😮😫.
