I’ve seen LOTS of people complaining about all sorts of random stuff in their lives lately.
❌Don’t like their job.
❌Making a big deal out of something that shouldn’t need to even remotely be addressed on social media.
❌Not happy with their overall lives.
❌Complaining about the way they’re treated by the people in their lives.
The list really is endless. .
I’m here to tell you that your life and circumstances are what YOU make of them. Not everything is within our control, but how we react and respond is most certainly 100% within our control.
Remove toxic people from your life. Look for a new job. Stop letting the little things like a less than satisfactory experience at a store or restaurant bother you.
Trust me, you’ll feel so much better!

Night Running 🏃🏼♀️ You know the drill - wake up - dark - work - dark - get food shop on the way with the kids. Cook. Clean up. Chat through day with partner. Couch. Unless... unless you decided to dig out some vaguely matching running clothes (it’s dark, no one can see right?) scramble through the winter boots to find your runners. Grab the pug 🐶 (he was so excited) and leave the house before the witching hour really kicks off. Pass people making their way to the Christmas market, weave through people wobbling back from the Christmas market. Take all the deep breaths and for a few minutes on this dark day enjoy the quiet and give yourself a mental high five for being off the couch for one day. 🌙
