Dnes první trenink dřepu s návleky 215kgx1 na to že je to 5kg pod maximalkou tak myslím že s velkou rezervou druhé video bench také 5kg pod maximálkou to už bohužel došla síla takže malá pauza a nulová technika ale vytlačeno bez zvednutí zadku a to beru 165kgx1. There is something raw, primal, honest, real and true when the air is stale and warm and that faint metallic smell permeates from years of ripped calluses and all out efforts drawing blood, sweat and tears; when the equipment clinks and clanks, clangs and bangs with sounds of grunts and cues of “come on!” & “one more rep!” can be heard throughout; when the rare silence is had the void is quickly filled with a rack of cold iron taking its place on a barbell ready for battle between mind and muscle in the athlete’s pursuit of being better than yesterday you know you have been blessed to find a warriors arena, a temple, a real gym.
Spent a lot of time today doing all sorts of stretching for #legday , then did some light sets of paused #squats to analyze my form.
1. Whether with an empty bar, bodyweight alone, or with a light load, my body is not built to go ass-to-grass. Squatting to parallel is the deepest I can physically go.
2. My right side always drops down ahead of my left—an imbalance I'd never noticed at heavier loads.
3. My mental clock runs faster than real time. Haha. In my head, I was counting out a three-second pause. Turns out, they'd be closer to 1.5s.
4. My biggest tightness is in my inner adductors—now I know what sort of stretching to focus on.

The difference between an Iron Warrior and an Iron wannabe is we don’t wait for motivation to come to us we get off our asses and create it.
Waiting till your motivated, till motivation comes to you is the formula to underachieving, to average results, average outcomes in average time for an average life.
A Iron Warrior cannot stand feeling this way, they know they can do better, they know there is more to life then choosing average, that having just alright better than nothing, but still miserable results is a waste of opportunity and what this gift of life has to offer.
