🖐️ I am looking for a club with which to build healthy bonds for 2019 and future years I hope, in France and even more abroad !🌐 And maybe you or your network can do something🏌️ If it's the case, thank you for contacting me privately (firstname.lastname@example.org or via social networks).
In short, I discovered triathlon in 2015 after completing brilliant studies and working as a project manager in the economy. My good results at the national level and my strong passion for this sport led me to go elite triathlete the following year. Now, I am focused on qualifying for the IRONMAN World Championship in Hawaii as a professional athlete. This year, I co-founded the Domin Tri Team in Corsica led by coach Dominique Herzet.
Recent highlights at the international level:
- 8th place at the 2018 IRONMAN 70.3 Lanzarote
- 11th place at the 2018 IRONMAN 70.3 Nice
- 17th place at the 2018 IRONMAN 70.3 Zell am See-Kaprun
- 17th place at the 2018 Middle Distance Triathlon European Championships
- 12th place at the 2017 EMBRUNMAN
And a short but intense video (in French) that sums up my mantra: heart and reason 💓🧠

A sunny day, bike day and laugh day.
I've read about the benefits of bike trainers, but my face change when I see it in my home.

Post number 400! Day 1 of A2O (58km) from Lake Tekapo to Twizel today was simply stunning. The scenery surrounding us the entire ride was breathtaking and a day of riding I will always remember. So grateful to have people to share my passion with as it makes the experience all that much better. @decaz__ and myself have already ridden around the Big Island of Hawaii together and now in the process of completing the A2O. I know this is a friendship that will take us far and wide around the world and I couldn’t be more grateful for it. So excited about the next few days riding this incredible trail.
[WhyWeRunWednesday] with Annie Braddon ( @annierunsadelaidehills ) (FULL BLOG ON OUR WEBPAGE) 🏃🏽♀️We all have difference reasons as to why we run. Some for mental clarity, some for freedom or PB’s, but for Annie, it is to tick off the 6 World Major Marathons and enjoy the process along the way. Based out of Adelaide with a wealth of running knowledge after many years pounding the pavement, Annie shares with us her achievements and what is coming up next… “I've been running for 25 years. I decided to run my first marathon on the Gold Coast in 2009, and I was hooked. I like the discipline of training for the Marathon. I train alone, and I'm always out early in the mornings before the suns up. It sets me up for the day.
I love the running community, and if I'm not running I'll volunteer. I also coach a free speed session every Wednesday morning in the city.. After running Boston this year, in a freezing monsoonal storm, I knew anything was possible. It ignited my passion to finish all 6 of the World Majors.
When I returned, I explored every avenue & got an entry into Berlin 2018, then I ran Chicago 3 weeks later. I also secured an entry into Tokyo 2019 and a charity place for London 2019 to be able to complete my 6 World Majors, running 5 Majors in just over 12 months, 14 Marathons in total.” Unbelievable achievements Annie, and what a way to see the world along the way! We can’t wait to see you complete the 6 Majors next year. Enjoy the training!

Ironman 70.3 Malaysia - raced.. And supported somewhat 🤯
32 min🏊♂️Washing machine with loads of traffic and leg grabbers - maybe they just like my smooth shaved legs.. Hmm..🙄
3hr 🚴♂️Slippery and saw many athletes on the ground, like playing slide in a water park. Heavy rain n cross winds made it more dangerous.
Wasted 10-15 min waiting for mechanic to fix mechanical issue. But it was nice to wave at people 👋👋hence support 😁
1hr53min 🏃♂️Good and interesting - Chasing a target is fun! Gave it all and catching up but alas, I ran out of real estate in the end.😩 Happy as managing to hold sub 2 runs these days with negative split💪💪 thanks coach @khimbok
Congratulations to @chiayongwei for PB (too bloody strong) and Alexander Li (aka Jose Mourinho) for pipping me.. Basket..👻
And congrats to all finishers and those involved w #bokcoaching and #tcoaching - vignesh (1st ironman! Lucky 8secs slower 😉) @ahcheh2000 (PB day!) @chrisdalton99 (battling through tummy issues) .
Of course massive thanks to my best super support team @mabel__tan and to my Brand supporters @bolloxenergy @jiakinasport @pilatiquemalaysia
To those who DNF OR DNS, not to worry. You will only have to spend more money to come back stronger and faster. 🤓Especially Barry... You WILL be an ironman next time. Get well soon from broken collar bone buddy. .
Well done the organisers, volunteers and Langkawi. @andrew_hsien
Till we meet again in 2019....
Sooooo woke up to an email confirming the last details of another step into the unknown for me, Sunday's duathlon. Run 2.5k, bike 14k, run 2.5k at Dunham Massey. Another first for me as I'm still learning on the bike so a bit daunting however it's all a learning experience. I will never win but on the flip side I will never lose as I will always try. Practicing transition is the order of Sunday...all roads lead to Bolton and the @ironmantri in July...It's an ironman not a sprint!!! Have an awesome day instafriends...No regrets

Sport season is over and it’s a big check on a job well done - went into the year with a few goals and one of them was to complete a full Ironman (DONE) and get a slot to the 70.3 World Championship (DONE). Through the process, managed to beat a few personal bests (full marathon, 70.3) and that was done as well! More importantly, I’ve discovered that i had so much more potential to give and that there is a lot more to come. Thanks coach @coscoaching @Colin oshea_tri and the incredible crew behind (this group of people is awesome) and thank you to my #1 fan, support, coach, friend & love @panda_sunshine. #coscoaching#iamcoscoached#ironman#ironmantraining#triathlon#swimbikerun
