Not only are you strengthening your posterior chain simultaneously it can also be used as a rehab exercise to improve the core and spinal stabilization. Before attempting this plank I would suggest mastering the traditional plank first. See instructions below⬇️

1️⃣Sit on the floor with your legs extended in front of you✅

2️⃣Place your palms, with fingers spread wide, on the floor slightly behind and outside your hips✅

3️⃣Press into your palms and lift your hips and torso toward the ceiling✅

4️⃣Look up to the ceiling, point your toes, and keep your arms and legs straight✅

5️⃣Keep your entire body strong and form a straight line from your head to your heels✅

6️⃣Squeeze your core and try to pull your belly button back toward your spine. Hold the position for up to 30 seconds.If your hips begin to sag or drop, lower yourself back to the floor✅

I been easy on legs for past 3 months, training them no more then once in 10 days. Each session became more special and more focused .  For this period I my choice is “legs press “. Starting with pyramid style ,moderately heavyweight ,  7-8 sets of total 450 reps , takes around 40 minutes , total time under tension around 30 mins , then finishing with few isolation moves like extensions and curls . Legs stay pumped whole week , metabolic boost is incredible ,lasts at least for 32 hours ! Hormones production boosts . I notice that My strength goes up to 20-30 % on next few days , I use this momentum and perform heavy workout on week body parts.

Following these defining principles made this possible: 🦄1. Your brand is YOU. It all comes down to your ability to connect with others and touch their lives in some meaningful way. I share a lot of experiences that are personal, embarrassing and hard to talk about in the hope that it resonates with you. 💋2. Know your demographic. Dont try to appeal to everyone. You lose something of your unique flavour if you do. Im definifely not afraid to piss people off or be controversial when its necessary to stay true to my character. 🤘3. Understand your market and what they need. You serve your community. Ask yourself what you can contribute to improve the lives of all. ✔4. Generate a unique product to serve that need. With the SARMs business that was pretty easy, I just had to formulate a product that wasnt diluted or entirely bunk...given how shady the industry is. On the other hand, my powerbuilding programs are simply just designed to test the character and will of all those brave enough to undertake them. 🙏5. Over deliver. This is the most important element I believe. This is what makes people invest in your success. I go beyond the call of duty to make sure my clients and customers are happy. If that means losing sleep, missing social events and investing all I empathetically have to give...so be it. I'm often up writing programs until 2am, trying to get the numbers just right. That translates to 18-20 hour days at times. If clients ask me to I'll attend their competitions. If they need to talk through some personal issues I'll lend a comforting ear. Its so much more than just being in shape...you have to be a LEADER and lead by example. ✊
