Grow Your Chest⚡
Coming up to summer we're all looking to bring up the beach muscles, so here are a few of my main tips when it comes to increasing pec size!🌞
Focus your push workouts primarily on compounds! If you find that your chest is lacking in comparison to your shoulders, then throw your chest exercises to the start of your workout when you've got the most energy to progress and overload the muscle!🏆
Building a mind to muscle connection is crucial when it comes to actually stimulating the pecs! As 'bro-science' as it sounds, learning to properly flex and feel the muscle throughout the movement will lead to greater stimulation. In simple terms, your chest will be swole as fuck lad.💪
If your pectorals are a lagging muscle group, then increasing the frequency at which you train them will help increase overall volume for the week! Training chest 2-3 times per week should be adequate, without risking your standard of recovery.📆
In the grand scheme of things progressive overload is key, as we all know. So by simply increasing overall frequency, weight, volume, rep quality you'll be pointed in the right direction!🌍
