❇️Set the correct foundation and everything else will fall into place. ❇️A lot of the time people are worried about what training program they should use, the split they should follow and advanced techniques they should put into place. That’s all well and good if you have the basic foundation set correctly. ❇️Focus on big compound movements where you recruit a lot of muscles fibers , get the technique & tempo down to a tee and correct progressive overload. ❇️Trust the basics and once you have that solid foundation you can look at advancing the training of a client.
