FULL DAY OF EATING ✌️
As requested, here’s a full day of eating☺️ I eat anywhere from 1800-2000 calories (this is a deficit for me) and this comes to around 1800☺️
Meal 1: Poached eggs, wilted spinach, chorizo and gf sourdough (I added coconut almond butter to this)
Meal 2: Coffee and a @mindfulbitesuk snack🤤
Meal 3: Smoothie made with whey protein, spinach, blueberries, frozen banana, cinnamon, almond milk and ice with rice cakes with peanut butter 🥜 ▪️
Meal 4: Pre workout banana 🍌 and I had BCAAs and electrolytes while in the gym 🏋🏼♀️
Meal 5: Lean beef burger with low fat cheese 🍔 (I had 1.5 burgers, the other half was for my spoilt cat 🐈 ) courgette, red pepper, peas and homemade wedges 😊
Dessert: Skinny Eton mess made with halo top, meringue and strawberries fresh from my garden🍓
As you can see, I eat a varied diet with lots of fruit and veggies, lean protein and nutritious carbohydrates☺️ I don’t exclude anything (except gluten because I like my villi and absorbing nutrients). I also always include some kind of dessert every evening 🍨

Many women feel its selfish to take time for themselves. Especially when we become a wife and a mom. There so much to take care of.
But if you don’t take a little bit of time to refocus and recenter your mind and emotions, it may be hard to keep it together. It was for me. And I can’t be the only one. #behonest
I workout mainly for mental health with a some aesthetic reasons. #iwannalookgoodtoo but also to keep up. Every mom knows keeping up with a four year old takes ALOT of energy. And we have ALOT of fun together. Running through the woods. Skipping rocks. Getting muddy. Love it all and I wanna keep up with him as long as I can. So I keep going. I spend just a little time on myself (exercising/meal prepping/personal development) to keep it all turning the best I can. My son, my family is my reason why...what’s yours?
So we are starting this tomorrow - its another 30 days and I know there is a few out there who planned to join me so thanks for the support!!! 2 rounds for the 1st 15 days

Plus we have added a static squat for the same length of time as the plank!!! So Day 1 = 2 Rounds of
5 x Push Ups (Modified to suit)
5 x Tricep Dips
15s x Planks
15s x Static Squat Now lets be having you💪❤️💪❤️

Personally I feel more energetic at night time after a day of eating alot of food the only down side to this is that it eats into my sleep time I average about 4-5 hours not really optimal for growth 🙁🙁
