How many women are actually confident wearing a bikini? Definitely not me a few years ago... but I got so sick of complaining about how I looked and self confidence hit an all time low. Slowly started doing classes and made some changes to my diet and soon the gym become something I didn’t dread or hate anymore. Be happy in your own skin ❀️.

Wake up earlier (and also get to bed on time). I liked to get at least 8  hours of sleep per night. Lift weights AT LEAST twice a week. Always  try to be better today than you were yesterday, and make sure to read  something useful every day.
