Never been good at back squats & still aren't 🤣🤣🤣 Sundays sweaty session 7 x 5 @60kgs this was my last ugly set lol with lots of old lady mobility exercises in between sets 😂 I'm positive it all helps with recovery hey! That's the tahi I'm chasing. Consistency will win this race, we were squatting 2 x per week which was very beneficial for myself then once per fortnight.
