Paired a little ab circuit with my cardio today and absolutely loved it. 
Didn’t add much weight for this one, more just focused on stabilisation exercises and building strength in my core to assist with my lower back issues. .. This circuit was definitely not as easy as it looks, 5 sets of 20 reps each with no break 🔥

Different versions of me all brought to you by one common thread...ok ...maybe a few commonalities. ❤️ Isagenix. period. 
The picture furthest on the left was a photo shoot I did with Paul Buceta for my 35 birthday. I had already been a good 3 years out of the fitness scene, was done with “fish -asparagus- Tupperware” diet, and had found #Isagenix a few months prior. I remember doing no cardio for this shoot, I didn’t harm any tilapia 😆, and I relied on the Isagenix® system to keep me focussed, nourished and used #intermittentfasting along with our cleanse for life tonic to prepare me. Honestly, I didn’t even feel like I was “prepping” for anything...I even had my wine all the way till shoot day 😉. Middle picture. I used the same superfood nutritional shakes throughout my entire pregnancy..this time NOT for “leaning out”, rather to ensure healthy mom, healthy babe. The shakes helped through first trimester nausea, were easy and quick, helped with 2nd trimester chocolate cravings (soo tasty), and 3rd trimester “too lazy too cook” 😂. I knew I was getting everything my body needed and have never felt better. The fibre in the shakes also helped a lot with typical pregnancy 💩 issues 🤫. I also only gained 17 pounds 🙌. Last picture. 2 days ago. 2 weeks postpartum. Guess what I am eating?! 😛. The same nutritional shake to lean out, to grow the perfect human is still my favourite tool to not only fuel me, but baby and breast milk too. Sleepless nights and long days with baby at breast would either have me not eating (my former habits) which is not an option to ensure health/milk supply, OR the extreme opposite- grab whatever I see at Starbucks or in the fridge which is NEVER the full organic carb/fat/protein meal I get in under 30 seconds with my shakes. I don’t think I have ever been as grateful for this convenient super-duper-food nutrition as I am right now!!! ❤️🙌. Oh...and I just love all 3 versions...but my current situati

Day 52/90 of #omad. Today I went to eat with coworkers so I did not took a picture (I had chicken breast with rice and carrots). But I had my dessert when I come back to office, raspberry cheese cake, dates, and papaya. 
Lots of people are asking If I count calories - no, I dont. Most of my meals are home cooked, I make them. There is not added sugar, or other hiden sweeteners, I use healthy amount of oil or cream. Therefore I do not see the need to count calories.

If I wasn’t trying to gain, I’d have OMAD all the time. Simply because I love to eat, and it allows myself to get other priorities accomplished - all while gaining a better relationship with food. .

First run since the weekend. Nothing like some fasted cardio to start the day. .

I really needed this run today. Its really snapped me out of the low mood ive been having this week. 
Im feeling so much more positive and motivated. The ladies i run with are great too. It really is amaizng how some fresh air amd exercise can clear away negativity.

Now having a cuddle with my youngest on the sofa watching mr tumble. 💙 sometimes the simple things are the best things 💙 .

Keto Bread Sticks!🥖 .
Mix one large egg with 3 tbsp cream cheese. .

In a separate bowl combine dry ingredients 3/4 cup almond flour, 1 tbsp psyllium husk powder and 1 tsp baking powder. .
Take 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese and microwave in 20 second intervals. Stir the cheese each time you take it out of the microwave and continue microwaving until sizzling.

Add egg, cream cheese and dry ingredients into the mozzarella cheese and mix together. Using your hands knead the dough together. Press the dough flat, cut the dough into bread sticks, season with Italian seasoning, salt and pepper. Bake for 13-15 min at 400 degrees.

Serve hot.

This keto chicken fritters are da bomb! So many different recipes out there but I used spicy mayo, coriander and almond meal to bind the fritters. So delicious!  Recipe: *3 large chicken breast, diced
*1/4 cup spicy mayo
*1 cup Mozzarella cheese
*1/4 cup almond meal *1/4 cup chopped coriander *2 eggs
*1/4 cup olive oil for frying 
Stir the mixture until well combined. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for few hours or overnight 
Heat a large non-stick pan over medium heat and add 1/4 cup oil.  When the oil is hot, add the chicken mixture a heaping tablespoon at a time.  Slightly flatten out the tops with the back of your spoon and sauté uncovered for 3-4 minutes on the first side, then flip and saute 3 minutes on the second side or until outsides are golden brown and chicken is fully cooked through #ketochicken #fritters #keto #ketogenicdiet #ketoaf #ketogenic #ketodownunder #ketoaustralia #lchf #lowcarb #lowcarbhighfat #lowcarbaustralia #lowcarbdownunder #omad #intermittentfasting
