To be a sugar/carb addict does not just mean white table sugar but almost everything other than meat, eggs, cheese, butter & the like. Sugar is in every fruit, vegetable, grain, pasta, bread, cracker, etc, etc. A white potato to our bodies on sugar is pretty much the same as a cake. A bowl of cereal on a sugar perspective is very similar to a couple of doughnuts.
The absolute best way to overcome Sugar/Carb Addiction IMO is by a Zero Carb Carnivore Way of Eating. It totally kills the Sugar/Carb Addiction. Keto can & does work for many but for some they still are feeding their addiction with other “better” sweeteners like Stevia, Xylitol & etc. When you reset your brain away from needing/craving sweeteners you will be able to listen to your body’s signaling & be able to trust it. You will only eat when you’re hungry & will not eat when you’re not. You will be free from being a slave to eating & eating too much & eating too often. You will be able to know what your body is really needing to operate at peak levels.

•I have now lost 14.8 kg or the equivalent in weight of almost 15 1L bottles of water.

Coś tam powrzucalem do miski, pomieszalem, wrzuciłem do pieca i oto w taki sposób powstały pieczone drożdżowe racuchy z jabłkiem i słodkim serkiem orzechowym😅
➖ 150g mąki
➖ 150g mleka
➖ Łyżeczka cukru
➖ 15g drożdży
➖ 1 jajko
➖ 150g jabłka
➖ 125g chudego twarogu
➖ 15g orzechów
Mleko lekko podgrzać i rozpuścić w nim drożdże z odrobiną cukru, dodać mąkę, białko jaja, pokrojone jabłko, cynamon i dobrze wymieszać. Odstawić pod przykryciem do wyrośnięcia na 20-30 minut. Twaróg wymieszać ze słodzidłem, żółtkiem i posiekanymi orzechami. Gdy ciasto wyrośnie wyłożyć kilka porcji z ciasta na blache wyłożoną papierem do pieczenia a na wierzch ułożyć masę serową. Piec w temperaturze 180 stopni przez około 20-25 minut.

My version of “nachos” for lunch 😍 Put some shredded chicken on top of red bell peppers, added some spicy guac, black olives + splash of hot sauce. So good! And everything was prepped during my #mealprep so it took about 5 seconds to throw together 🙌🏽 #perfection
Steamed Veggies with sautéed shrimp 🍤 This may have a bit more carbs than I would have liked from the broccoli 🥦 but it was the healthiest option in the area. Still better than your typical fast food choices.
This may not look pretty, but it was so good that I accidentally ate 2 whole wraps 🙊 I put garlic spread on the bottom of a @cocobynuco wrap, topped it wild caught @traderjoes smoked salmon, arugula and pine nuts. So simple and super filling! #worthit
