To be a sugar/carb addict does not just mean white table sugar but almost everything other than meat, eggs, cheese, butter & the like. Not feeling my best due to my period. No pictures of my lunch but it was a bacon cheese burger with a salad that I made last night. Had another burger tonight with devil eggs and my first ever homemade sausage. I’m trying to master making Italian sausages. It was pretty good for my first try. Ah also something special came in the mail. I’ll post about it later as I’m too lazy to do it now 😂 .

Keto cheese pound cake

120gr Tepung almond
1sdt Baking powder
60gr Salted butter (suhu ruang)
100gr Cream cheese (suhu ruang)
1sdt Vanilla extract
4 sachet diabetasol
4 butir Telur (suhu ruang)

Cara membuat:
1. Panaskan oven 180c, oles loyang loaf bread dengan butter dan taburi sedikit tepung almond (saya pakai loyang panjang 20cm)

2. Campur rata tepung almond dan baking powder, sisihkan

3. Di wadah terpisah, mixer butter, cream cheese, vanilla extract dan pemanis hingga tekstur fluffy

4. Masukkan telur satu per satu, mixer hingga rata

5. Masukkan adonan tepung sedikit sedikit, aduk rata pakai spatula

6. Tuang ke loyang, panggang 30 menit. 
Jadi deh

Coś tam powrzucalem do miski, pomieszalem, wrzuciłem do pieca i oto w taki sposób powstały pieczone drożdżowe racuchy z jabłkiem i słodkim serkiem orzechowym😅
Składniki:
➖ 150g mąki
➖ 150g mleka
➖ Łyżeczka cukru
➖ 15g drożdży
➖ 1 jajko
➖ 150g jabłka
➖ 125g chudego twarogu
➖ 15g orzechów
➖ Słodzidło
Mleko lekko podgrzać i rozpuścić w nim drożdże z odrobiną cukru, dodać mąkę, białko jaja, pokrojone jabłko, cynamon i dobrze wymieszać. Odstawić pod przykryciem do wyrośnięcia na 20-30 minut. Twaróg wymieszać ze słodzidłem, żółtkiem i posiekanymi orzechami. Gdy ciasto wyrośnie wyłożyć kilka porcji z ciasta na blache wyłożoną papierem do pieczenia a na wierzch ułożyć masę serową. Piec w temperaturze 180 stopni przez około 20-25 minut.

136g węglowodanów

Finally tried to make @itsmeadamv83 recommendation with them cheese taco shells that are #zerocarbs #ketofriendly. Also, had some soft tacos with Mission's carb control whole wheat tortillas that is only 4 net carbs per wrap. Thanks for the tip with the low carb wraps, @mami_of_2divas.

Odpowiadam na ostanie dlaczego tak późno jem śniadania. Staram się stosować to sposobu IF czyli intermittent fasfing, co jest niczym innym jak tzw. postem przerywanym, jedzeniem w "oknie zywieniowym".
