You can probably tell by this picture I’m not too thrilled but I am heading to the gym for session number two ✌🏼and I’m probably going to do some weights 🏋🏻♀️since this morning I did two hours of cardio🏃♀️I just have goals to crush and I’m going into the new year feeling my best self with the most confidence💋
So here’s a little bit of a before and after the picture on the left was at my nursing school graduation on December 15 of 2017 and the picture on the right was March 2018 I don’t know if a lot of people can see a difference but I sure can and that was after working out constantly for three months I never took a day off and then this summer I fell off the bandwagon but I am back on it I’ve been at the gym every day for a little over two weeks and I’m going to hit my goals and just remember you can do it as well🏋🏻♀️💪🏼

I noticed how I never post a face pic on here lol here’s me and my coffee 😂 who else has to have their coffee fix! I always order keto safe drinks from Starbucks & they never fail me🤪 btw I’m currently 221 & plan to drop another 2 lbs within the next week!
