Major opening and mobility in my shoulders!!! I was “tin man” status in my shoulders after boxing for years so this is what I’m most proud of!! The tip for this posture is to create the intention of bringing your legs up to the chest. Push the floor with your hands, throwing your shoulders down and bending your spine.
Remember that in all arm balance posture it's important to place the palm of the hand on the floor with the fingers wide open and the whole hand in contact with the ground.
Stretches your Arms, spine and strengthens your shoulders, Elbows and wrists.
Develops balance and strength furthermore increases your concentration level.

What are your mat essentials?
Mine is my @mandukaeurope pro mat! (I recently had an allergic reaction to my @lululemonuk one, think it was the latex, I was so sad to see it go as it was super beautiful) but I replaced with this equally as beautiful one. - Second, my @mandukaeurope block. This was a birthday present and it’s so gorgeous and really weighted which is great (but also still very portable). - Lastly, a recent addition and addiction is this essential oils diffuser from @aromaworkslondon. It’s so relaxing being surrounded by essential oils and this thing is so portable (batteries and usb)! .
