Where did that weekend go! Summary: Flew to an Italian castle on top of a hill, ate lots of pasta, drank lots of wine, fell in love with our wedding venue, forgot to take any half-decent social media photos as is the same case every time I go away because I’m generally too busy ‘being in the moment’ (must work on that)... Esta hermosa serie es un grupo de Asanas que se ocupa para aflojar las articulaciones del cuerpo. Es excelente para aquellos que sufren dolencias, reumatismo, artritis , presión alta, problemas cardíacos u otras dolencias porque no requiere esfuerzo físico tan vigoroso.
Es muy útil para eliminar bloqueos de energía en las articulaciones y extremidades del cuerpo físico , pránicos y mentales.
Hay 3 puntos donde enfocar tu energía , pero eso lo comparto en clases 😏(es mucha información para escribir)
Personalmente aconsejo comenzar a mover las articulaciones antes de empezar con la práctica , el cuerpo necesita tiempo y consciencia , visualiza cómo la energía viaja a través de ti y sé gentil con tu cuerpo, no nos olvidemos de los movimientos básicos y saludables.

Every morning I run my practice between yoga positions, abdominal breathing and meditation. In recent weeks I have entrusted a lot during this practice and every day I always went a little bit more in deep, down ... down ... inside myself. I saw emotions and part of my character that I thought I had accepted. A few hours later my right arm has stopped working properly. A large inflammation has completely blocked my mobility for days on end. We all have forgotten memories because it's too painful, sometimes you think you have them processed and accepted, but then just even a little thing that shows afloat. fears, feelings, anger ... all things that human beings more than once experienced. My goal is to free myself from day to day what is the human condition to be simply what are in my happiness. Arm inflammation lasted two weeks, between various examinations and tests, where nothing strange was found I cured without using traditional medicine. I was able to break free from the control of my mind and I accepted my condition at that time. I started one of cycles of purification of yogi, and after 24 hours the arm pain was gone and hour after hour mobility came back normal. I have finally finished this long weekend of Yoga Teacher Training, I only have one left! What I love about doing so much yoga is that you do not feel the same kind of soreness as if you were doing other physical activities. It's like you're just more aware that your muscles are present, as if they were waking up. Which means: more yoga! But no, today it will be a little more restorative, or not. I don't know, I am full of contradiction sometimes. Anyways, I can not wait to finish my certification and be able to launch my projects in 2019. Who is ready to roll out their mat and learn with me? 😏

J'ai enfin terminé cette longue fin de semaine de Yoga Teacher Training, il ne m'en reste plus qu'une ! Ce que j'adore avec le fait de faire autant de yoga, c'est qu'on ne ressent pas le même genre de courbatures que si on faisait d'autres activités physiques. C'est comme si tu étais simplement plus conscient que tes muscles sont présents, comme si ils se réveillaient un bon matin. Ce qui veut dire : more yoga ! Mais non, aujourd'hui ce sera un peu plus restauratif, ou pas. Je ne sais pas, je suis pleine de contradiction des fois. En tout cas, j'ai bien hâte de terminer ma certification et pouvoir lancer mes projets dès 2019. Qui est prêt à dérouler son tapis et apprendre avec moi 😏 ?

Race day is this week!! Which means taking things easy. Since I did my 10 miles run yesterday, I wanted to stretch out and loosen up all my sore muscles with some yoga 🧘
I enjoyed a session of yoga for runners and I feel so much better. Like I can now tackle this day easily. Bring it on Monday ❤️
A true home practice yesterday at my parent’s house and where I grew up while I waited for my car to be fixed. No fancy yoga clothes just sweatpants and comfy 🧦

Can you believe it’s already November?! I feel like the year has gone by quite quickly but I also feel like it has been the longest year of my existence.
It’s definitely been year full of change (mostly amazing changes, some unsettling changes) but I’m finally feeling a bit more steady. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Don’t forget to reflect on your past year and give yourself credit for everything you have accomplished, not matter how big or small.
1st of November today which means Halloween is over and we can officially start getting excited about Christmas!!! I know I will be going Christmas crazy starting today haha.
Definitely putting a Christmas playlist when I get into work. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I love this season and the build up to it because you find people are happier, kinder and warmer to each other.
However people also get too generous during this season without realising this can harm the environment. Half (or more) of the stuff we buy will end up in the trash. Christmas is not about presents! So if you are someone who goes overly excessive with buying gifts why not try and be better this year and shift your focus. Think whether the gifts you’re buying will be used or whether you are just giving into the marketing ploy and wasting your money and damaging environment on top of it. Be kind to our planet, there is no planet B. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Happiness is soo connected to materialism. But it’s the free things in life that actually make us happy.
So why not this season and this Christmas just focus on being present, doing things with your friends and family and enjoy spending time with them.
Don’t spend money or time chasing the things the market tells you we need. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

It was -1 this morning when I got up.
Freeeezing... but I do enjoy crispy and refreshing mornings.
There are positives and negatives in everything. Just gotta focus on the positives if you can. Which is exactly what we’re trying to do at home, cause motivation and energy is quite low at the moment.

On such a cold morning I couldn’t help but post a throwback when I was holidaying in beautiful and hot Zanzibar.
All I’ve been doing is yoga and walking for last 2 weeks. I have been struggling to find motivation for a gym workout lately, I find I always do after a trip.
On top of that it’s getting colder and darker... all I want to do it is wear my fleece pjs and drink tea. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Today I woke up early and did a HIIT workout, felt soo good to do it. Let’s hope I’ll manage to do more than 1 this week 🤷🏼♀️🙈 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

You should speak and think about yourself the way you talk and think about your favourite person. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
So do something for yourself whether it’s for your body or your mind!
And if you haven’t done so already today, look in the mirror and give yourself a compliment. Say it out loud not in your head and BELIEVE it!
Today is the day I’m gonna try and get back into my routine and get my shit sorted after being away for almost 3 weeks... So on the agenda today is:

House chores (mainly laundry)
