My happy place of the day is definitely the moment when the room falls in hungry silence and everyone enjoys the cake. I added pinto, kidney beans, and black beans to mine for meal prep this week. Beans on beans on beans 😝 I also topped mine with vegan sour cream and cheese, avocado, and dipped tortillas into the soup. If you haven’t realized this already, I highly recommend making this soup! Haha 😄
The Basil Experiments, vol. 2 🔎
This beautiful cashew cheesecake is made with slightly tart mango, lots of fresh basil and spirulina powder! 😲
The base is made with walnuts, almonds and dates and each bite has refreshing and sweet mango syrup drizzled on top 😍
This is a surprisingly delicious taste explosion; each bite takes you on a journey through sweet, savoury and zesty! 🌈
For a moment, this sweet calf might actually think he found a friend in a human. But this little boy is actually going to use the baby calf for stabbing practice.
Calves are literally stabbed over and over by young humans as practice to learn “bullfighting” skills.
Can you imagine this young calf's confusion and horror? He was separated from his mother, which already creates immense distress for the young animal. And when he is finally with a human who appears to be playing with him, he ends up being stabbed and tortured.
An unnecessary horror show, to say the least. But, horrors always result *whenever* we commoditize animals as mere “things” for our use – whether for entertainment, food, clothing or otherwise, and whether we directly impose the horror or we pay someone else to do it for us when we consume animal products.
When we consume dairy, for example, we are directly paying to kill innocent baby calves just like the one pictured here. Because dairy cows are repeatedly impregnated to get and keep them lactating, the excess calves are disposed of, often being sold for veal (or, indeed, in some cases, used for stabbing practice).
If you believe it’s wrong to impose unnecessary harm and death on animals, whether this calf or any other animal, then you are already compelled by your own beliefs to live vegan. If you’re not vegan already, please look into it. Going vegan is easy, it’s healthy, it’s better for the planet, and (last but not least) it’s the least we can do – for all animals.
Happy Friday lovely’s! 💕 It’s that time again, your working weeks over and you probably fancy a little treat so I thought I’d share these scrumptious vegan @swedishglace caramel toffee ice creams with you 🍦🙊 You can buy these from @tescofood for £3.89...for roughly 97p ice cream you can’t really complain eh! 😋 The ice creams surrounded be a chocolate shell with sauce inside and chocolate at the end of the cone..what more could you want 😇
Tofu Scrambled “Eggs” 🍳
1 block extra firm tofu
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp nutritional yeast
2 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp salt
Onions (sautéed, optional)
Pico de Gallo (optional)
Black pepper (optional)
Mash up tofu in a bowl. Heat oil in a skillet and add tofu once oil is shimmering. Cook for 5 mins. Add nutritional yeast, turmeric and salt and cook for 3-5 mins or until tofu is completely yellow. Add sautéed onions and top with pico if desired. I top with a 💩 ton of pepper as well.
I often enjoy these “eggs” with some @traderjoes soy chorizo and avocado toast. A filling and protein packed vegan breakfast 🤗

Yesss you read correctly, raw! No baking necessary! You know what that means?! Your body gets a happy dose of vitamins & minerals unlike conventional baked treats that promote an assortment of illnesses.
This dessert is even healthier than cereals most kids eat for breakfast. So don’t feel guilty if you enjoy a slice for breakfast 😉
Ingredients & Directions
💚 PECAN CRUST
1 cup Pecan
½ cup Dates
½ cup Coconut Flakes
Pinch of Salt
2 tbsp Maple
1 tbsp Coconut Oil
Optional for a health boost: ½ tsp Maca & 1 tsp Flax Seeds
Blend all ingredients in a food processor until a crumble texture is achieved. Then press into pie pan to create an even layer. Place in the refrigerator.
💚 MANGO CREAM FILLING
3 Cup Frozen Mango
2 ½ Cup Cashew/Macadamia mix or just one nut
½ Cup Agave
3-4 Tbsp Coconut Oil
¼ Cup Coconut Water
½ Tsp Vanilla Extract
1/8 tsp Salt
Blend all ingredients in a blender until silky smooth texture is achieved. I started blending in my food processor, then realized it wasn’t giving me the texture I desired so ended up having to transfer it to my @blendtec.
Pour your creamy filling over your pie crust and spread evenly. Place in the freezer for 2-3 hours. Serve & devour

DINNER: 10 Minute Trader Joe’s Mandarin “Chicken” with Fried Rice and Broccoli 😛 (basically a vegan Panda Express bowl!)
Ingredients (serves 2-3):
1 bag TJ’s mandarin orange morsels
1/2 bag TJ’s vegetable fried rice
1/2 bag TJ’s fresh broccoli
Cook morsels and rice (separately) on stove top with vegetable oil according to package instructions. Steam broccoli on stove top with 1 cup water. That’s it! Now serve yourself a little vegan Panda Express! Top rice with Sriracha if desired 🍚
Who says vegans can’t enjoy greasy comfort food?!
My first post: Spicy Stuffed Sweet Potato with Vegan Chipotle Sauce 🤤
1 medium sweet potato
3 tbsp black beans (from can is fine)
3 tbsp corn (from can is fine)
1/2 jalapeño, sliced
1/2 avocado, sliced
For the chipotle sauce:
1/4 cup vegan mayo (I use Trader Joe’s)
1/2 tbsp water
1/4 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/8 tsp chipotle powder
pinch of salt
Pierce sweet potato with fork 6-7 times. Microwave on high for 5-6 minutes (or bake for 45 mins at 400 degrees if you’re patient). Cut open and top with the beans, corn, jalapeño and avocado. Whisk together the chipotle ingredients and add desired amount to the stuffed potato. Voila!
Takes all of 10 minutes and is extremely filling and healthy. I usually double the sauce amount and store in the fridge since I eat it so often. Also goes great on a veggie sandwich 💃🏼
Mcdonald’s ☺️☺️ Spicy Vegetable Deluxe Burger with no mayo & extra onions !! it’s so good, and so cheap at £3.19 without a meal, obviously it’s not as cheap as other burgers there which sucks but compared to most restaurants it’s cheap
