Good morning Instagram! Early this morning my boyfriend sent me a picture of his breakfast and of course I was still in bed not wanting to get up; but after seeing it I decided I needed a big breakfast and a pic too! Very excited to share that my second recipe for @screentoplate is taken from my book Wild Honey and Rye: Modern Polish Recipes. It’s one of my favourites from the book - beautiful venison steaks served with puréed squash and greens. It’s perfect for autumn and quick and easy to prepare. All the ingredients you’ll need will be in the box. The venison steaks are British, though the recipe is inspired by a wonderful meal I ate in Warsaw in 2015.
