If you've been watching my stories you know I've been SUPER tired the past few weeks. It seems like it is getting worse. 😢 I made it to the gym today to do a half assed upper body session. I tried at least.
Anyways I am keeping my head up because it's okay that my training is kind of on hold. I haven't even been able to go hard on Leg days the last 2 weeks! MY FAV! Usually I'm balls to the walls sweating, heart rate up and loving every second. But I'm just been doing mellow leg days, mellow everything days. 🙁
I am definitely bummed my training isn't progressing but more bummed that after I've been awake for 2 hours I wanna go back to bed. I'm hoping it's not mono, which I've had too many times. 🤦🏼♀️
🔹🔹🔹IN other news. Here are some of my favorite ab exercises. Usually I count on squats and compound exercises to strengthen my core. But lately I've been wanting to incorporate abs and stop neglecting them. ☺️ I like to throw a few in on upper body days.
Finally the last dish we had from @jenggoodjommakan The Kirai Set from was superb! The roti kirai was soft, #fluffy and nicely seasoned. The star was the Chicken Curry. It was filled with #Curry#Spices goodness and really uplift the roti kirai to another level.
