You can always incorporate sweets into your diet!
Ever since I was little I have had an obsession with sweets of all kinds. I’ve always had a strong metabolism and being an athlete (especially with being a swimmer) has helped burn calories more and faster but as I get older, just like anyone, my metabolism starts to catch up to me so I have to make sure that I’m always working out and taking care of my body. HOWEVER, if you love sweets as much as I do! @albanesecandy (not possible) then you will find what it takes to being able to continue on consuming sweets while sticking to a workout plan. Thankfully for me, I love physical activity in any form but I know once I hang up the cap and goggles, I will need a more consistent and structured work out plan.......BUT, I am more than willing to incorporate that into my life because sweets are a big part of my life that make me happy! If it makes you happy and you truly love it, you’ll find a way to make it work!
