Herkese iyi akşamlar🙋🏻‍♀️ Akşam yemeğinde hafif ama bir o kadar lezzetli bir tabak istiyorsanız tam size göre bir tabak😍 patates, kırmızı-yeşil biber ve kabağı 1 yemek kaşığı yağ ile karıştırıp patateslerede biraz pul biber ekleyip fırına verdim. Onlar fırında pişerken domatesi🍅 
1 tatlı kaşığı yağ, pul biber ve kekik ekleyerek pişirdim. Sebzelerim piştiğinde üzerine yoğurt onun üzerinede domates sosu ekledim. Yanında semiz otu ve domates var🥗 1 dilim tam buğday ekmek ile  bu tabağı tükettim😋 🌟1 dilim ekmeğin 1 adet ortaya boy patatese eşdeğer olduğunu unutmayalım.

Please don’t hesitate to eat white rice because it’s easy to digest and nutritious too, although American media tell a lie like white rice make you fat or empty nutrients etc. Media tells you natural food like white rice or other carbs are bad for you because they wanna sell you artificial protein bars or suspicious supplements 😒 
If white rice is so bad for us, as many proclaim, then why are billions consuming it every day and staying relatively thin?  This is known as the Asian Paradox. In fact, I rarely saw fat people in Japan and they love white rice so much than anything else. Rice is much healthier than bakery staffs because rice are usually cooked only with water and rice don’t need sugar, salt, and oil etc to cook. 
Rice is also gluten free( ^ω^ ) 
I also can’t recommend you to practice keto diet for a long term because high protein and high fat diet might be harmful for your kidney and liver health, for high fat food everyday is too much work for them. Rice is clean energy and rice also include protein, minerals, and vitamin B in good portions. You just need small portion of side menu to supply extra nutrients. 
I’m so sad when somebody criticize about white rice because I know many farmer in Asian country make a lot of efforts everyday to produce good quality rice for us, so white rice is still holy food in Japan. Rice is good for you and it’s also delicious 🤤 This is my opinion(`・ω・´) ♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡

お金も時間もかけずに、安全に健康の痩せたい方はもっとお米を食べることをお勧めします。メディアの話を鵜呑みにして白いご飯を食べると太ると思ってる若い女の子がたくさんいますが、私はご飯で太ったことは生涯一度もありません。むしろお米中心の食事さえして入れば、一生太ることはないと思うくらいご飯はヘルシーな食べ物です。お米は消化によく、栄養価も豊富で、ビタミンタンパク質も適度に含み、おまけにグルテンフリーです。
日本の農家の人たちは一年中一生懸命おいしいお米を、消費者に届けるために苦労されています。そのため私が小さい時はご飯を残すとおばあちゃんにお米一粒には800の神様がいるから残さず食べなさいと叱られました。

もし、テレビや芸能人の影響で、白米が体に悪いとかご飯よりパンの方がお洒落だと思っている方がいらっしゃったらもう一度お米の良さと美味しさを見直してみて下さい。お米は水だけで調理できますが、パスタやパンは塩やオイルが要りますよね?特に菓子パンには多くの添加物保存料も含まれます。ご飯を中心の生活で、添加物を避けて、塩分を控えれば、一週間で早い人なら3キロは簡単に落ちて肌も綺麗になります( ^∀^)

Ce matin j'ai eu le temps de me prépare un bowl cake à faisait longtemps, et toujours aussi bon 😍
Mon bowl cake accompagné de 100gr de pastèque, 60gr de melon, un thé vert et un yaourt 0% 😊
Le tout pour 337 calories.

Recette :
24gr de semoule fine
1 œufs
1 banane
1 cac de levure
Écrasé la banane, ajouter l'œuf, mélanger, ajouter la levure et la semoule et mélanger, 4 min au micron onde.
Ici j'ai rajouter des cassis 😍

O Ovo é fonte excelente de Proteína animal, uma Proteína de Alta Qualidade, rico em Vit.A, Vit.E, Vit.D, Selênio, Zinco, Vitaminas do complexo B, Ácido Fólico, Enxofre, Ferro , Lecitina e Colina. 💛🥚A Gema que erroneamente algumas pessoas descartam é Primordial à Saúde! Y no podía dejar pasar mi último cumpleaños en los 40s, sin prepararme un pastel con extra sobredosis de chocolate. 🍫🍫🍫🍫🍫🍫🍫🍫🍫🙈🙆🏻‍♀️😍😍😍😍
TARTA DE CREMA DE CHOCOLATE 🙈🙆🏻‍♀️😬😬😬😍 La galleta la preparas con solo 4 ingredientes más una licuadora. Almendras,polvo de cacao, aceite de coco y sal. No se endulza  ya que el relleno es bastante dulce.
No olvides guardar aproximadamente media taza de la mezcla de la galleta para rociar en la parte superior. La simplicidad de este relleno es increíble, Leche de almendras, dátiles y chocolate sin azúcar, eso es todo. El chocolate derretido es lo que lo hace rico, por lo que no se puede usar cacao en polvo aquí.
Es importante mezclar los dátiles y la leche primero hasta que esté MUY suave y sin trozos, luego agrega el chocolate derretido.
Puedes refrigerar o congelar este pastel. Desde el refrigerador, la textura será más suave, casi como un pudín, pero aún se puede cortar. Congelado será mucho más firme, y probablemente necesites unos 10 minutos de tiempo de descongelar antes de rebanar.

INGREDIENTES
Corteza -galleta o base
- 2 tazas (280 g) de almendras (o nueces de elección) *
- 1/2 taza (40 g) de cacao en polvo
- 1/2 cucharadita de sal
- 1/4 taza (50 g) de aceite de coco 
Relleno
- 6 oz de chocolate sin azúcar. 100% cacao puro
- 2 tazas (480 g) de leche de almendras (o leche de elección)
- 1 taza (200g o aproximadamente 12 dátiles) dátiles  medjool sin hueso INSTRUCCIONES
1 - Para la corteza, mezcla en la licuadora las nueces, el polvo de cacao y la sal .
2 -Agrega el aceite de coco. Mezcla hasta que la textura esté húmeda y desmenuzable, pero se mantiene unida cuando se presiona.
3 -Presiona en la parte inferior de un molde para pasteles y por los lados, reservando aproximadamente 1/2 taza para cubrir.
4 -Para el relleno, mezcla la leche y los dátiles  en alto hasta que estén muy suaves.
5 Derrite aparte el chocolate.
6 Agrega el chocolate derretido a la licuadora y mezcla hasta que se combinen.
7 - Verter en la base de la galleta, Espolvorea con los trozos de corteza restante y las chispas de chocolate. Rociar con chocolate derretido.

1/4 cup green gram 
1 1/2 inch piece Ginger
5-6 cloves garlic roughly chopped
1 medium onion roughly chopped
2 green chillies roughly chopped
Salt to taste
1/4 teaspoon red chilli powder
Oil to shallow fry

Instructions
1.  Soak green gram in three cups of water for about half an hour.
2.  Drain and grind with ginger, garlic, onion, green chillies and salt to a smooth batter.
3.  Add red chilli powder and mix well.
4.  Heat a tawa and grease it.
Spread a ladleful of batter to a thin disc.
5.  Drizzle a little oil and cook on medium heat till the underside is done.
6.  Carefully flip over, drizzle a little oil and cook till the other side is done too.
7.  And now Serve hot...

Après cette matinée au boulot, à courir partout ( comme d'habitude 😂) je rentre chez moi et là j'avais oublié mes clefs ce matin dans l'appartement.. Heureusement que ma chérie est rentré 30 minutes après moi.. Après cette péripétie je nous ai préparé un repas rapide 40gr de pâte complète chacune avec de la ratatouille de hier et en dessert, 130 gr de pastèque 🍉
Le tout pour 427 calories (j'ai compté le pain que j'ai grignoté en attendant la chérie 🙈)

Avec ma belle mère on a testé la recette du gateau de savoie de ma maman qu'elle me fait depuis mon enfance. C'est pour la cousinade de dimanche que l'on servira avec une bonne salade de fruits frais que je préparerai nature demain.

Qd une recette commence asiatique 🇨🇳 et se termine algérienne 🇩🇿 ça vous arrive 😅😅😅

- Faire tromper la vermicelle ds de l’eau tiède - Entre tps faire revenir l’oignon (coupé finement) ds de l’huile d’olive (g pas d’huile de sésames)avec de l’ail de la coriandre et des champignons 🍄 (j’avais pas de champignons noirs 😂)

Ajouter un peu d’eau chaude, laisser cuire. Une fois que c presque cuit ajouter votre vermicelle .
Pour les épices g fais super basique sel+ poivre.

Ajouter à la fin un peu de sauce soja et de graines de sésames.

Aujourshui c'est vendredi et c'est le jour de la pesé, j'avais hâte car depuis lundi je fais attention au calories comme vous avez pu le voir et surtout que lundi après notre anniversaire la balance m'affichais 59,1 kg bon j'avais bien profité soit une prise de 500gr et la ce matin la balance m'affiche 58,4 kg donc une perte de 700 gr, trop contente 😊
