I felt bad about that egg because it doesn't look good enough.

Tried to take one week off training but that only lasted about five days… Oh well…holding a lot of water in the abdominal area from excess training and lack of calories 😭getting as much food in as possible to get my baby abs back!
After nearly 7 months of heavy lifting, daily conditioning, and constant complaining @brenna_c finally convinced me to take a de-load day 😭 6 sets of 20,20,15,15,10,10 squats, hip thrusts, and leg press, then inner and outer thigh burnouts 🔥🔥🔥💚
