A little bit of my leg day today- my camera is NOT working right now so I got what I got🤦🏻♀️ I am really bad at stretching but STRETCH first. I also normally do a couple glute activation exercises using only my body weight or a light band.
•Squat. Your body will thank you.
•Leg extensions w/band. My side booty & thighs were on FIRE. Be sure not to extend your legs all the way (I went heavy & did 4 sets until failure) ignore me glaring at the dude walking right in front of my phone 😂
Super set these next two!
You can do both of these with a cable if you don’t have a glute band.
•Toe taps w/band- reach your foot out as far as you can & pretend you’re drawing a rainbow with your toes!🌈 (4x10 each leg)
•Squat w/band. Hold on & really put your weight on your heals! Keep tension by not standing up all the way. (4x10) Holy. 🔥.
•Stiff single leg deadlift. Putting the leg you’re not working on the bench relieves the back. (3x12)
TBT to when I first started posing with @building.bodies this summer leading up to my final show of the year. Whole different ball game when that FaceTime comes on and each pose has to be perfect.
Don’t go into a show without a posing coach or someone to at least critique your posing. All your hard work can go to waste if you can’t pose your physique correctly.

🍑Calf raises (3x15)
🦵🏾leg curl (3x10)
Finished off with a short HIITT workout which isn’t posted.
