Simple movements, executed well, with progressive overload will get you results 💪🏼
Here I focused on the basic movements of squat, leg press for legs then hip hinge and rotations for abs 🏋️♂️
All controlled under a “challenging” weight. Technique, time under tension (TUT) and rep control is key, especially if you want to gain muscle and/or lose body fat.
I always try to finish off my sessions with some sort of conditioning to get the heart racing - I opted for some skipping 👌🏼💨💨

It’s not just about fitness, or weight loss, or who’s better. It’s about showing people they CAN, while canceling out their cant’s & guiding them down the road leading to their own successes! Greatness exists in every one, but not every one has a coach in their corner that can envision that greatness with them. Envision greatness in everyone you see & the world 🌎 will change before you!
If I can do that even with just one person in the smallest way every day, then I too can consider myself successful.
