I am proud that I am living a life that is true to me.
This is not something that happens overnight. There were a lot of personal development and spiritual undertakings over the last third of my life. I continue to grow as a person everyday, but the way I am, the things I do, and what I like no longer are questioned by ME. I no longer have the self doubt that once held me back. I trust myself to make decisions right for my life, and I will no longer be afraid to take risks however scary they may be. As long as I am not intentionally causing harm to any being, I will continue to unapologetically be me. I am excited about life and I am ready for all the fulfilling challenges that come my way. I am strong. I am bold. I am me.
Wonderful things are coming together and what felt like a tickle in the back of my mind seems to be transforming into a waterfall of inspiration.
There's something intangible yet delicious about this energy. I'm on a mission to share happiness and can't wait to invite you on this journey... more about that soon, I promise 💓

Seems like these days there’s just so many health and fitness gurus advising such a variety of info around what to eat, when to eat and how to prepare nutritious food that is going to keep you satisfied and slim all at the same time right?
When people ask me about all things health related the most common questions I get “have you tried IF?, does Keto work?, how many calories am I meant to be eating?, are carbs bad for you?”. Yep I’ve tried intermittent fasting (I actually get forced into it most day because I’ve got two kids that come before my needs, so skipping breakfast is almost default in my house when I’m not prepared!). I also love eating high fat and high protein meals. I think paleo has plenty of great value in terms of choices we can make long term. I don’t count calories but I most definitely have done in the past. I love carbs... mainly in the form of pizza and wine 🍕 🍷
What I’ve found however with the thousands of women I’ve worked with over the years is that often the reason we have weight to lose isn’t because we have just been eating pizza and McDonalds everyday for way to long. It’s normally because of emotional baggage, a love for a fun lifestyle, lack of self control, a new partner and you get all comfy and squishy, a divorce and you either gain 10kg or lose too much so he realises what he’s missing out on. Emotional state and the ability to value your health despite all of this is where the true gift lies.
I love listening to @brendonburchard podcasts. His high performance habits series is absolute GOLD!
One clear message Brendon teaches is that if you want to be a high performer you most definitely need to treat your health seriously.
So why is it we keep falling off the bandwagon? Why is it we can’t seem to make the right decisions often enough?

I thought I could love you back into existence. I didn't realize that was never what you wanted.
I loved you until I poured out my entire existence into you. I didn't realize you couldn't accept my love.
Now I'm empty, numb, drained, a phantom of my former self. No love left to bring me back from the brink.
But my heart is open to receive. I have gratitude for all the souls stepping in to fill me back up.
Today I took a breath and stood in the light.

There were moments I thought I wouldn’t make it. Moments I blamed love for hurting me. Moments I thought would turn into an eternity. But I knew never loving again was not an option.
Love isn’t something you do. It isn’t something you choose. It isn’t something that can be tainted by fear.
We are love. Love is around us and in us and when we truly open ourselves it flows through us to a world that is dying for us to live in love 💖

How cruel do we need to be treating ourselves?! In my teens and 20’s I was on a journey of self destruction. I trashed my body and had no respect for my life. I was completely lost in life without any sense of belonging. One day something completely changed for me and I decided I wanted to participate in life. I stopped trashing my body and I started to clean up my life. Now, in my 30’s have been on a self care journey using alternate therapies - kinesiology, reiki, accupunture, gut health, nutritionist, life coaching, yoga retreats, ashram, meditation, detoxes, yoni massage, chakra dance series and self help courses. Sitting in this new space I’ve created for myself I discovered that I’m whole, perfect and complete just as I am, and so are you! I’ve finally found my happy space. I care about myself. || COFFEE || I started drinking black coffee again in the last few months. .
The thing is, when I moved to Australia, the concept of getting a takeaway cup and walking around sipping a latte was completely new to me. It was exciting, I felt like a kid with an ice-cream! .
But recently, I've reverted back to the expresso and long blacks that I used to drink back in France. It's been a big shift in my routine and I'm loving it, I also happen to have access to an amazing local coffee roaster and expresso machine at home. .
I also tried an interesting experience this morning: a 'nap-a-latte' ... WTF? I hear you say! Haha, well let me explain, it's a trick I learnt from @thesleepdoctor and tried out today. .
For someone like me who gets up crazy early to mediate, exercise and learn, this is great! Very basically, at approx 9am (I've been up for a few hours already) I have a shot of black coffee, lie down and have a 25min power nap. I know, it sounds crazy but the truth is, when you wake up, the caffeine kicks in and you are super focused and energized, ready to get into the next part of your day. .

What if you could collapse daily stress? “Stress is the inability to deal with reality.” I heard this quote recently and it completely resonated with me. I’ve been thinking about how it is for me in my day to day life, what is it I’m unable to deal with?! What’s my reality and what in my life am I not choosing?! I choose my business, I choose my husband, I choose my bank balance, I choose my health, I choose my body, I choose the house I live in, I choose the country I live in, I choose the car I drive, I choose the fertility journey I need to create a family, I choose my family, I choose my friends and I choose my age. What else can I look for in my life that I’m not choosing?! It’s easy for me to feel stress and overwhelm in my business. And since I’ve started choosing my business, I feel more clarity and workability. The same goes for my fertility journey. Never in a million years would I have thought that a higher power had plans for me to go through the kinds of pain and suffering I’ve been through to have a family. And there I was, fighting and resisting my reality. The power of choosing my reality gives me clarity from limitations and resistance in my life. 💗

Dzień przed wyjazdem Sebastiana w kolejną długą trasę podjęłam decyzję, że jadę z nim. Pełna obaw spakowałam najpotrzebniejsze rzeczy w małą torbę podróżną. Dziewczyny, pakowałyście kiedyś "najpotrzebniejsze rzeczy" w małą walizkę? Na pewno rozumiecie, że nie było to łatwe, a jechaliśmy na parę tygodni!
Nie wiedziałam na co się piszę... Kilka tygodni w małym busie z chłopakiem, którego znam od...tygodnia?
W głowie miałam mnóstwo wątpliwości i pytań.
Czy to, co jest między nami się nie zepsuje?
Czy nie znudzi nam się nasze towarzystwo?
O czym będziemy rozmawiać?
Przecież będziemy ze sobą 24h i nie będzie możliwości powrotu... Każde z tych pytań układało w mojej głowie przeróżne myśli, które szybko poszły w niepamięć.
Uczyliśmy się siebie powoli każdego dnia.
I każdego dnia dowiadywaliśmy się o sobie nowych rzeczy. I wcale nie mieliśmy siebie dość.
Spędziliśmy w trasie 26 dni. Przejechaliśmy ponad 12 tysięcy kilometrów. I naprawdę było warto!
Bliskość drugiej osoby odczuwana przez całą dobę.
Spojrzenia, rozmowy, trzymanie za dłonie.
26 dni wspólnego podróżowania i spędzania czasu w aucie udowodniła mi, że nie ma rzeczy nieosiągalnych. "Niedasię" nie istnieje.

Now isn’t it sad that conditioning & advertising has meant that Caitlin automatically assumes hot chocolate is the same as a Milo?? 🤫 Little did she know that the one I served up is packed with wholefoods & ancient grains as opposed to the artificial stuff we might see in commercial brands!
My mission however is less about bagging other products 🙅🏼♀️ & more about education on what is a better choice!
