If you’ve been following me for awhile you might know that a big part of my strategy to scale to 7 figures with ease in 2019 is more time outdoors.

Personally I have a 50 and 50 goal - 50 days of snowboarding and 50 days of mountain biking (🤔still working on a cleaver hashtag, if you can think of one let me know).

So what does spending time adventuring outdoors have to do with scaling an online coaching business?
.
A lot actually.
.
Spending a couple hours away from social media, and the never ending to do list in your business provides you with the space to BE - an essential ingredient to showing up powerfully for your clients and team.
.
Space, play, and nature breads creativity.
.
Stepping away requires that you surrender and trust that you will attract money without hustle, and force.
.
Your health is better, relationships flourish, and ultimately for me, I am living the exact life I desire when my business reaches that income goal, NOW.
.
If you want to reach your goals you must begin to embody the feelings and taking action as if it’s already yours now - because it is.
.
Start by asking yourself - why do you want the goal that you have? So often people don’t have a reason, it’s important to be clear. Next ask yourself what it will feel like to reach that goal, start embodying that feeling now. And finally ask yourself what does that version of you do? Start doing those things now.

Quién te dijo que vales más que otro? Quién te dijo que porque: eres bonit@, o tienes buen cuerpo, o tienes un buen carro o solo porque no andas en bus, o crees que sabes vestirte bien, o tienes algo de o mucho dinero, o porque eres inteligente, o porque has viajado, o porque estudiaste en tal o cual lugar y/o país, puedes querer hacer sentir menos a alguien? Peor aún, estar convencido que ese alguien, realmente, vale menos que tú. •

Vivo en un país en el que el que muchos sienten que alguien “no es apto para ser tu amigo” porque es un “cholo” (entiéndase alguien percibido de tener menor conocimiento cultural por parte de quien lo discrimina); en el que tener un apellido reconocido por algún logro de un miembro de tu familia te hace de “buena familia”; en el que ser de “buena familia” significa que no eres “cholo”. Y claro, hay miles de criterios al respecto, alguien que “cholea” puede, a la vez y creyéndose inmune a esos calificativos, ser “choleado” por otro y así... •

Hasta cuándo vamos a considerar estos comportamientos como normales? No deberíamos tolerarlos. Si nos llenáramos de sentimientos positivos por el prójimo, eso sería exactamente lo que recibiríamos: amor. —-> Quería expresarlo porque hace unas semanas alguien muy cercano a mí tuvo esa expresión acerca de un tercero, me dolió tanto ver esa actitud que tuve que contener mis lágrimas. Qué triste realidad!

I woke up craving turmeric ghee fried eggs today. I am totally obsessed with @countertopfoods golden butter and am looking for anything to cook with it! Here’s what I got in my bowl:
2 pasture raised eggs fried in golden butter sprinkled with dukkah and hot sauce (post pic). Sautéed greens in golden butter, cauliflower rice sautéed in golden butter (lol), bone broth, garlic, parsley, cilantro and hot pepper flakes. Roasted okra and mushrooms (not in golden butter). This bowl’s got: lobster meat sautéed in turmeric and spiced ghee, greens sautéed after in the same pan with bone broth, crispy roasted smoked paprika cabbage and roasted garlicky cauliflower. When I swapped Head of Business Development in Dubai for live-in nanny in Cheshire, I had to get the Smart Car because I was freezing walking the kids to and from school twice a day. It cost me 30% of my wage every month, and it gave me the only bit of freedom I had while I did what I had to do to keep a roof over my head. Since then it’s been through a hell of a journey with me 🙏🏻

But now, it’s time for new beginnings and a busy 2019 on the road with Hustle Club 🖤

If you want something, go and get it. Graft. Work your arse off. Make sacrifices. Follow your passions, not your fears. And don’t let your failures define you. Because although 3 years pass in the blink of an eye, you can most definitely turn your life around from nothing 💪🏼🔥👊🏻

As many of you already know, mental health is a subject close to my heart. And whilst it’s spoken about more and more on social media, I still feel that business owners don’t get the support or attention they need when it comes to this side of things.

One in four of us are reportedly likely to have a mental health problem in any given year, as a result of working longer hours and taking on added pressures.  Research has shown small business owners work 13 hours a week more than the UK average (37 hours) and it is not uncommon to find some working over 80 hours each working week ⏰
•
All this adds up to the fact that many entrepreneurs neglect their own physical and mental wellbeing. Which is why we need to make a conscious effort to make sure this neglect doesn’t spiral out of control.

This is why January 2019 will see the launch of my #FuelOf3 Weekly Challenge 👊🏻 You can do it on your own, or you can do it alongside your Hustle Club #WorkFam 🤝

When I tell you I was mentally ready to push weight today for these damn legs.. I mean MENTALLY READY.. it all starts in your head first, clear your mind of all negativity. Don’t allow your thoughts to be your weakness, have that be your strength for progression. I Did 315lbs back squats and 225 front squats for the first time. It’s all mental. 💥Leg workout💥 🏋🏾‍♂️Lunges 4rounds x4

Hoy voy a contar un poquito mi historia. Es una historia larga pero voy a intentar resumirla algo 😅 
Estas fotos son de ayer y muestran como me siento ahora, vital y feliz, pero no siempre ha sido así. De hecho, los 3 últimos años de mi vida era una bombilla fundida, sin luz. Tuve un cóctel de problemas de salud que me dejaron muy apagada: empecé con muchos problemas del sist. digestivo; después debido a un estrés prolongado sufrí de agotamiento/fatiga adrenal de la que no conseguía recuperarme. La fatiga se convirtió en fatiga crónica. Estuve 3 años lidiando con fatiga y el último año incluso tenía síntomas de fibromialgia. Estuve meses que no me podía levantar prácticamente de la cama. Mis adrenales y mitocondrias estaban fundidas. Pasaban los meses y no me recuperaba de modo que incluso pensé q se me iba a cronificar y me iba a quedar así para siempre. Tenía que hacer mucho esfuerzo para hacer cualquier cosa. Todo esto me llevó a leer y estudiar como sanar y recuperar la salud y energía en una persona. Conseguí sanar porque simplemente tomé la decisión de que no quería estar más así y que quería recuperar mi salud y mi vida. Había estudiado que el cuerpo es capaz de sanar y revertir enfermedades, síntomas, etc así que, como coach de salud y nutrición, me propusé que lograría sanar sí o sí. Si otros habían podido, yo también. Con ayuda de otra profesional, me puse a sanar mi intestino, mi disfunción mitocondrial, alcalinizar mi cuerpo, q si batidos verdes, etc etc. Por otra parte, apliqué el coaching de salud Integrativa en mi misma: era consciente que había un factor / una área de mi vida que me estaba restando salud y felicidad: mi trabajo (  el anterior). Sabía que tenía q soltarlo y desprenderme porque ya no me hacía feliz, ya no me servía. Sólo me nutria a nivel económico pero a ningún otro nivel. Tomar la decisión no fue fácil porque además era funcionaria. De modo, que pasé unos 2-3 meses con mucha ansiedad, taquicardias y algo de insomnio. Los conflictos internos ( cuando no hacemos ni decimos lo que en realidad pensamos y queremos, a veces por no fallar a los demás o por vivir la vida q otros quieren de nosotros) acaban afectando al cuerpo (continua)

No cocinaba un Dahl Indio 🌶️🌶️🌶️desde que vivía en Londres. Este finde que comimos en @surya recordé lo que me gusta la comida India y no me he podido resistir a preparar un rico dahl.🍽️🍴🔪
150gr de lentejas roja
Media cebolla
250gr tomates troceados🍅
3 apios troceados
1 trozo de jengibre picado
cilantro
Sal
Comino, cúrcuma, curry y Chile seco🌶️
Ponemos las lentejas a cocer
En un sartén añadimos la cebolla con el comino, dejamos que se dore y añadimos los tomates, luego el apio y todas las especias a fuego lento. Cuando las lentejas estén hechas (15min aprox) retiramos el agua y añadimos la mezcla del sarten, removemos muy bien y añadimos medio vaso de agua, dejamos removiendo que el agua reduzca completamente y listo. Acompañamos con arroz integral, chorrito de Lima y tahini o salsa de yogur al gusto.

Pour environ 16 cookies ➡️

• 2 bananes mûres
• 60gr de farine de coco
• 1 oeuf ou 1 oeuf de chia (1cs de graines de chia + 3cs d’eau)
• 120gr de purée de cacahuète
• 140gr de flocons d’avoine
• Vanille, cannelle
• 20gr de peptides de collagène @vitalproteins ou protéines en poudre (optionnel)
• 1 blanc d’oeuf (optionnel)
• 30gr de chips de coco
• 30gr d’éclats de fèves de cacao

Préchauffer le four à 180•c. Écraser les bananes dans un bol pour les réduire en purée. Ajouter l’oeuf ou l’oeuf de chia, la purée de cacahuète et mélanger. Ajouter le reste des ingrédients, mélanger une dernière fois puis former des cookies avec la pâte. Cuire 15 à 20 minutes sur une plaque recouverte de papier sulfurisé.

Running with my previously double-curved spine never bothered me because I had known that body for 25-years. I notice now more than ever before the phenomenal change I feel with my straight spine how much easier it is to breathe while running, which lets me run further and longer without feeling restricted of air (since my oxygen flow was effected with my scoliosis before my surgery this past February). Lately, I’ve been feeling stronger in terms of my posture and endurance with my corrected spine and titanium rods in my back, which just makes me less tolerable for cold weather like this time of year. Make sure to find something that’s mindful & healthy for you to release stress and feel invincible like I feel when I run ⭐️👟🎧

Pastel 🍰 de calabaza y avena
200 gr. de harina
200 gr. de calabaza
100 gr. de avena
100 gr. de #stevialife
100 gr. de nueces picadas
1 cucharada de levadura en polvo
2 huevos 🥚 enteros
2 claras
8 cucharadas de aceite virgen extra
1 naranja 🍊 
1 pizca de canela en polvo
8 clavos
agua
mantequilla y harina para untar el molde. 
Engrasa un bowl con un poco de mantequilla y espolvoréalo con un poco de harina. Limpia bien la naranja 🍊 y ralla la cáscara de la naranja y resérvala. Pela la calabaza, retírale las pepitas, trocéala y ponla a cocinar con un poco de agua. Cuando esté cocinada, escúrrela y aplástala con un tenedor.
Pon la harina en un bowl,agrega las nueces, la avena, #stevialife , la cucharada de levadura, una pizca de canela, los clavos aplastados y la ralladura de naranja 🍊. Mezcla bien y agrega los huevos, las claras, el puré de calabaza, el zumo de la naranja y las 8 cucharadas de aceite.
Amasa a mano hasta que quede todo perfectamente unido.
Vierte la masa en el molde e introduce en el horno a 200ºC durante 35-40 minutos. 🍰🧁

I get angry when I see coaches selling places on their Bali retreat, usually £10k a pop so they can leave ‘with all the tools they need to build the business of their dreams.’

Or when I see leaders of well known MLM’s pressuring single mothers into training trips abroad for ‘accelerated learning.’

Guys, you can build a business from your dining room table. I did, and I know many others who did too.

Look out for the coaches and influencers who teach you how to create something on a shoe string budget, not the ones who validate sticking overpriced photoshoots, retreats and coaching packages on your credit card 🙃

And let’s bring a bit of honesty to the table! 🙋🏼‍♀️

Time to clean the brushes! 
So for awhile I was on it, cleaning them quite frequently. The past couple months I’ve been terrible 😆 I was just being lazy..
The product does build up though and the color may be a little off, I notice the best foundation application comes from a clean brush without build up! Sheesh and not to mention the bacteria that can harbor in them. 😬

Granulado de Nutella vegana casera
Un toque de canela
No necesitas más! 
Pones las chía en remojo con la leche 15 minutos. 
Las manzanas las tenía ya asadas (45')
Y le añades la Nutella (que teníamos previamente hecha, 10 minutos en hacerla, leche vegetal, avellanas, 10 dátiles medjool, y cacao en polvo)

We all know that person who let a few more followers, a celebrity client or a bit of extra cash bring out that inner diva 💃

Don’t be that person.
•
It takes 2 minutes to respond to an email. It costs nothing to have manners.
•
Letting your ego cloud your mind can get in the way of forming real, authentic relationships, and seeing opportunities that others might miss.

If your ego has taken over, it means you’re not living in alignment with your real core being, and you’re not honouring yourself.
•
And if you do not honour yourself, how do you expect others to respect, follow and trust you 💭

Unfortunately this is something I’m seeing more and more of. In the last few months I’ve unfollowed 2 of my favourite influencers (circa 10k followers). The first, because an email response to a straight forward question was too much trouble and the second, because her thirst for significance caused her to undermine the opportunity I spoke to her about. Which actually turned out to be a pretty costly decision on her part.

So check yourself before you wreck yourself ✌🏼 Unless you’re superman.
