Today I started watching this beauty for the next few days. This is the second time I've watched her and know how to get into the condo and the number. Today though I went to the completely wrong floor, panicked thinking the key wouldn't work, even called the emergency contact. While waiting for him to arrive I looked at the number on the door and that is when I realized I was at the wrong condo. I wish this was my coffee table at the moment..
When we moved to our new home we packed up our awesome espresso machine very well to make sure we can bring it to Australia.. So we haven’t unpacked it and dang I miss some seriously good coffee.
We have been spoiled now and don’t really like any coffee but ours (before the move..) or at a good shop with a real barista! Can’t wait for my barista to be back at it🌿

Well im back to this shizzz....Same PT techs. Different hair color. Thank goodness their patients were doing exercises because they were abandoned to give me hugs. Happy Hump Day!! My go to mid-week morning shake ( see recipe below) : Butterscotch Coffee- so delicious( tastes like a dessert) plus keeps me full until lunch. I am just starting to ease back into working out after being out for 3 weeks due to my knees. Not really sure what happened but I am self diagnosing myself with Tendonitis. I haven’t been able to get back out jogging because All of the rain here, but hopefully at the end of this week when it is looking nicer. Hope everyone has a great Wednesday!! Butterscotch Coffee: 1 cup coffee, 2 scoops vanilla protein powder, 1 tablespoon sugar free butterscotch pudding mix, 1/2 cup almond milk, 1/2 cup probiotic yogurt( califia), and 1 banana.
