Branchez (@branchez) just dropped a flip of the song '11 Hours' by Wet and keeping the tradition going, as he put it, it's absolutely beautiful, being the 3rd track by @wet to receive a remix from him.
Before '11 Hours', Branchez worked his magic on the tracks 'Don't Wanna Be Your Girl' and 'All The Ways' by Wet and I've been listening to his music ever since I came across his classic remix of the song 'Stay' by Rihanna which became one of my all time favourites. The new remix similarly is really smooth and catchy and it's fresh, soothing drop just makes it an instant favourite.

Aminé just dropped his second ‘EPLPMixtapeAlbum’ called ‘ONEPOINTFIVE’ and the project feautring 13 tracks including collaborations with artists like G Herbo, Rico Nasty & Gunna is arguably some of his best work.
The intro track to the mixtape straght up slaps, it’s called “Dr. Whoever” and I fucking love the production on this one, the beat drops in time for the second verse and aminé absolutely kills it. Hands down it’s my favourite track from the project. Other tracks that I really liked are “Cantu” and “Shine” and not to mention, just like the intro, the album even ends with a banger, produced by Pasque, the track is titled ‘Together’ and we see aminé talking about his relationship hoping to “work this all out” and throughout the album, Ricky Thompson, the ex-viner/youtuber has contributed to the hilarious intros and outros of some particular tracks.

Just chanced upon a song called 'I'm not me' by an indie artist who goes by the moniker lil gypsy and has an EP coming out on 13th October.
Mesmerised by the soft and majestic vocals, I decided to listen to more of her music and was left absolutely stunned by how amazing these tracks were. Her soundcloud bio says "i am sleepy a lot and I sing sleepy type music" and that's a really interesting and apt way to describe her music honestly but the thing that really struck a chord with me was the remarkable song-writing and endearing lyrics. The songs 'for mr. sandman' and 'baby blue' are the two tracks that I would definitely recommend everyone to check out.
So, make sure to give these tracks a listen, her soundcloud will be linked in my bio and also make sure to follow her on instagram (@littlefaangz) for more updates on the forthcoming EP.
Featuring vocals from Cara Bishop, the mysterious producer duo, ilo ilo (@iloilofeel) just released their 3rd single called 'Roll' and unlike their last two tracks, this one is a little more bouncy but keeping up with their unparalleled use of horns and crispy synths, it's straight up their best project yet.
It all started last week, when they got in touch with one of their fans, 'Christian Johnson' who was sent on an adventure all around New York City and in the end, the trail led him to find a usb drive with a preview of this very track on it and even though you only get a slight taste of the drop through that teaser, I still used to listen to it on repeat. But thankfully, the full track is now out on their soundcloud and is available for streaming.

"Ludhiana is a small city for musicians. There are maybe 3 drummers, 2 bassists and a lot of open chord playing guitarists but only few riffers." In conversation with the new rebels on the block, Snorting Jatts, the rock n roll outfit from Ludhiana, Punjab who released their debut EP 'Banda Ban Jah' in April this year.
Q.1 What is Snorting Jatts all about?
Ans: With Snorting Jatts we want to be the loudest Rock'n'Roll band the country has ever seen both musically and lyrically. -Aaftaab.
Q.2 How did your band come together?
Ans: Ludhiana is a small city for musicians. There are maybe 3 drummers, 2 bassists and a lot of open chord playing guitarists but only few riffers. So the drummer(I) and guitarist(Angad) used to jam just for the love of it. Then the bassist(Aaftaab) moved back from Bombay and eventually we found our vocalist(Tejinder) at a party raising hell. -Shantanu.
Q.3 Which bands/artists would you count as your influences?
Ans: A lot of grunge bands and metal bands. (Pantera, Nirvana, Alice in Chains, Megadeth, Audioslave, Monuments, Mudvayne.)
Also, being from punjab and being a punjabi rock band we can't count out the punjabi legends of old. (Kuldeep Manak, Surinder Shinda, Yamla Jatt.)
And then their are also artists like Johnny Cash, Tom Waits, Chet Baker, Gary Clarke Jr. -Aaftaab.
Q.4 What's your music making process like?
Ans: We don't have anything set in stone at the moment. Sometimes it starts with a guitar riff and we write lyrics and melodies on top of it. Other times we have the lyrics and write guitar parts to fit the words.
Once we have a rough demo recording, perks of owning a studio, we start jamming together and work out parts that everyone wants to put in. -Angad.
Q.5 How has your music evolved since you first began playing music together?
Ans: When we first started out jamming we were aiming to be a metal band because me and Angad played in a metal band together about 8 years back and then we played in metal bands when we were in Bombay. Angad played for... Full interview on our Facebook page \m/
#LocallySourced : Jade Summer, who's currently based in Bangalore recently released his debut EP "Free Motel" and containing 4 tracks in total, the project impeccably touches multiple genres & sounds, making it one hell of a versatile record.
Talking about the theme of the project, Jade says "I simply tried new styles and wanted to break the barrier of rules when it comes to producing electronic music. The first single from the EP ‘Okay’ was posted by ‘Bass Boosted India’ on YouTube before I even dropped the whole EP. The response was great and people were eager to listen to the rest of the tracks. The single ‘Okay’ was inspired by the artist ‘Two Feet’ . The tracks he produces really set the vibe and I was lucky enough to collaborate with the talented guitarist, Joel Prithvi on that song." He also collaborated with Viyan D’zouza on the track ‘If it’s love’, which is my favourite track from the EP.
Currently, Jade is working on a bunch of originals and is constantly receiving recognition from huge artists in the industry. So, click the link in my bio to check out the EP and make sure to follow him on Instagram for more updates on his music.
Medasin (@medasin.music) just dropped his debut EP 'Irene' and it's a heavenly concoction of clean eargasmic synth melodies spread across 9 smooth tunes including 2 vocal features from Kaz Moon & Sophie Meiers.
I first came across Medasin when he dropped his infamous trap collab with Josh Pan and X&G 'The Zoo' and naturally, whenever I used to come across his name, my mind immediately used to go that bass heavy trap drop and keeping that in mind when you listen to 'Irene', it just sweeps you off your feet. The project features a really refreshing intro track 'Weird Summer' which is followed by 'Ramen', a fun & bouncy chill beat and besides that, I absolutely loved the tracks 'Home' & 'Leaving Earth 2'
So, click the link down below to check out the EP which undeniably is an epitome of brilliant and ingenious production.
J. Cole just dropped a fresh freestyle over Nas's 'Oochie Wally' instrumental along with a music video, the description of which reads "The off season coming soon.. all roads lead to The Fall Off" hinting towards the release of a mixtape called 'The Off Season' before his next album 'The Fall Off' drops.
Days before his KOD tour is supposed to take off, Cole took to twitter to say "feed me beats. Everything gettin murdered" and ended up putting out the above mentioned 'Album Of The Year' Freestyle and to quote the freestyle itself "the flow is out of this world and so is the bars". Also, Cole continues to address the new wave of rappers by saying "Lil' Rappers, I love you but you ain't shit 'til you get offers in Prague"
