DAY 226: Since leaving the Barabar Caves 3 days ago I've had no next tourist destination to work towards in India. The next major location to see is called Old Bagan but it's in Myanmar! I'm sure I'll find some minor tourism hotspots on the way, however in the meantime I've been enjoying spending time with local people. Yesterday I needed a place to stay as it was getting dark (I hate these early evenings) when I noticed a hotel sign pointing to this outrageously orange building. The owner, Pawan, told me it was 130 rupees a night which is approx £1.50 and so he had himself a deal! One thing I found unique about the place is that it's extremely open plan, there's no windows or doors. The bed was greatly appreciated and we shared today's morning together teaching eachother new skills. I learnt some Hindi and taught Pawan some kendama! 🍊🏠💕🇮🇳

When you get off track, just hop back on. It’s really as simple as that. It doesn’t mean you messed up, it doesn’t mean you won’t make progress. It just means you hop right back on.
The word diet can often imply temporary, or short term thinking. Instead, think of the word “diet" in terms of a lifestyle. .
Dieting is not as complicated as some people make it out to be. Calories, protein, moderation, consistency over time, workout, and SMILE. 😀. It works
